【摘要】：目的描述老年流動人口目前基本健康狀況及公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)利用情況,分析影響老年流動人口接受體檢的影響因素。方法從2015年國家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)中篩選流動家庭中的65歲及以上同住老人進(jìn)行分析。描述老年流動人口的健康狀況及公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)利用狀況,并采用單因素分析及l(fā)ogistic回歸分析的方法分析影響其接受體檢的因素。結(jié)果共納入樣本4 751例,老年流動人口自評健康狀況較好,27.3%調(diào)查對象患有被醫(yī)生確診的高血壓或糖尿病,其中有36.9%在過去一年接受過醫(yī)生的隨訪;36.0%的人在過去一年參加過社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心組織的免費(fèi)體檢。教育水平高、接受過醫(yī)生隨訪對參加健康體檢有促進(jìn)作用,參保地在戶籍地、流動范圍大對參加健康體檢有不利影響,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論雖然老年流動人口的身體健康狀況相對良好,高血壓和糖尿病患病率低于同年齡一般老年人的水平,但針對老年流動人口公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)利用情況有待改善,配套健康管理措施仍需完善。
[Abstract]:Objective to describe the basic health status and utilization of public health services in the elderly floating population, and to analyze the influencing factors on physical examination of the elderly floating population. Methods from the dynamic monitoring data of floating population from the National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2015, the elderly aged 65 years or older from floating families were screened for analysis. This paper describes the health status of elderly floating population and the utilization of public health services, and analyzes the factors influencing physical examination by univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 4,751 samples were included. The elderly floating population had better self-rated health status. 27.3% of the subjects had hypertension or diabetes diagnosed by doctors, and 36.9% of them had been followed up by doctors in the past year. 36. 0% of people have attended a free medical examination organized by a community health service center in the past year. A high level of education, the doctor follow-up to participate in the health check-up has a promoting effect, the insured place in the registered place, the mobile scope has a negative impact on the participation in health examination, the difference is statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion although the health status of the elderly migrant population is relatively good, and the prevalence of hypertension and diabetes is lower than that of the same age group, the utilization of public health services for the elderly migrant population needs to be improved. Supporting health management measures still need to be improved.
