【摘要】：目的探討石油工人職業(yè)緊張與抑郁的關(guān)系,了解石油工人目前抑郁傾向的現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)影響因素,以及心理資本在其中所產(chǎn)生的作用。方法采用整群抽樣的方法調(diào)查遼寧地區(qū)石油工人1837名,通過職業(yè)緊張量表,抑郁傾向量表和心理資本問卷進行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果職業(yè)緊張得分均值為(66.17±6.78)分,抑郁得分均值為(22.13±10.03),心理資本得分均值為(96.65±20.36)。外在付出、內(nèi)在投入與抑郁呈顯著的正相關(guān),回報、心理資本四個維度(自我效能、希望、韌性、樂觀)與抑郁呈明顯負相關(guān)。外在付出、回報兩個維度對抑郁傾向有顯著的直接預測作用(P0.01),解釋量為11.8%。自我效能對抑郁傾向有顯著的貢獻(P0.01),解釋的變異量增加8%。結(jié)論石油工人抑郁傾向水平較高,心理資本自我效能維度在石油工人外在付出維度、回報維度與抑郁傾向關(guān)系中起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between occupational stress and depression in petroleum workers, to understand the current situation of depression and the related influencing factors, as well as the role of psychological capital in it. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1837 oil workers in Liaoning province. The occupational stress scale, depression tendency scale and psychological capital questionnaire were used to investigate and analyze. Results the mean scores of occupational stress, depression and psychological capital were (66.17 鹵6.78), (22.13 鹵10.03) and (96.65 鹵20.36) respectively. The four dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, tenacity, optimism) and depression were negatively correlated with the four dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, resilience, optimism) of the four dimensions of psychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, resilience, optimism). The two dimensions of external effort and return had a significant direct predictive effect on depression (P0.01), and the explanation was 11.8%. Self-efficacy contributed significantly to depression (P0.01), explaining an 8% increase in variability. Conclusion the level of depression in petroleum workers is higher, and the psychological capital self-efficacy plays an important role in the relationship between oil workers' external pay, reward and depression.
