【摘要】：目的綜合評(píng)價(jià)2007—2013年山西省兒童保健工作質(zhì)量。方法于2015年12月,以原衛(wèi)生部2008—2013年《衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》為基礎(chǔ),獲取山西省2007—2012年的兒童保健工作相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù);以國(guó)家衛(wèi)生和計(jì)劃生育委員會(huì)出版的《2014中國(guó)衛(wèi)生和計(jì)劃生育統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》為基礎(chǔ),獲取山西省2013年的兒童保健工作相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。主要指標(biāo)包括:低出生體質(zhì)量?jī)罕戎�、圍生兒死亡率、新生兒破傷風(fēng)發(fā)病率、5歲以下兒童中重度營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良比重、新生兒訪視率、3歲以下兒童系統(tǒng)管理率、7歲以下兒童保健管理率。分別采用TOPSIS法和密切值法,對(duì)山西省2007—2013年的兒童保健工作質(zhì)量進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 TOPSIS法的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,2007—2013年山西省各年份指標(biāo)值與最優(yōu)值和最劣值的相對(duì)接近程度Ci由高到低依次為2012、2013、2011、2009、2010、2008、2007年。密切值法的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,2007—2013年山西省各年份評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的密切值ci由低到高依次為2012、2013、2011、2009、2010、2008、2007年。結(jié)論山西省兒童保健工作質(zhì)量最好的年份是2012年,最差為2007年。TOPSIS法和密切值法均可用于對(duì)兒童保健工作質(zhì)量的綜合評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality of child health care in Shanxi province from 2007 to 2013. Methods in December 2015, based on the Health Statistics Yearbook 2008-2013 of the former Ministry of Health, data on child health care in Shanxi Province from 2007 to 2012 were obtained. Based on the 2014 China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook published by the National Health and Family Planning Commission, data on child health care in Shanxi Province in 2013 were obtained. The main indicators include: proportion of low birth weight infants, perinatal mortality rate, incidence of neonatal tetanus, proportion of moderate to severe malnutrition in children under 5 years of age, neonatal visit rate, and systematic management rate of children under 3 years of age. Health care management rate for children under 7 years of age. TOPSIS method and close value method were used to evaluate the quality of children's health care in Shanxi province from 2007 to 2013. Results the evaluation results of TOPSIS method showed that the relative close degree of the index value to the best value and the worst value from 2007 to 2013 in Shanxi Province was 2012,2013,2011,2011,2010, 2008, 2007, respectively, from the highest to the lowest, in the order of 2012, 2013, 2011,2009,2010, 2008, 2007. The result of close value evaluation shows that the close value ci of each year evaluation index of Shanxi Province in 2007-2013 is 2012,2013,2011,2011,2019,208,2007, respectively, and the close value of evaluation index in 2007-2013 is lower to higher than that in 2012, 2013,2011,2008,2007. Conclusion the best quality of child health care in Shanxi Province is in 2012 and the worst is in 2007. TOPSIS method and close value method can be used to evaluate the quality of child health care.
