青島市居民食品安全知識、態(tài)度、行為(KAP)及影響因素研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究數(shù)據(jù)來源于中國/WHO2010-2011年度規(guī)劃預(yù)算項(xiàng)目“青島市食源性疾病監(jiān)測與食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估”,調(diào)查青島地區(qū)居民食品安全知識、態(tài)度和行為(KAP)現(xiàn)狀,分析影響因素,同時為進(jìn)一步開展食品安全健康教育和行為干預(yù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法:采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,對1600名居民開展“青島市居民食品安全知識、態(tài)度、行為問卷調(diào)查”,問卷包括個人基本情況、食品安全知識、態(tài)度和行為四個部分,對知識和行為得分進(jìn)行單因素分析和非條件logistic回歸分析,研究青島市居民食品安全KAP現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。 結(jié)果:調(diào)查對象關(guān)于食品安全知識的平均得分為(5.72±2.70)分,單因素分析顯示不同年齡、文化程度、家庭月收入和職業(yè)之間研究對象知識平均得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000),logistic回歸分析顯示年齡越大,文化程度越高,食品安全知識知曉情況越好。 91.6%的居民對食品安全方面的信息表示關(guān)注;92.1%的居民認(rèn)為有必要定期開展食品安全健康教育;60.8%的居民認(rèn)為我國食品安全現(xiàn)狀差。 居民食品安全行為平均得分為(8.96±1.98)分,單因素分析顯示不同性別、不同年齡、不同文化程度、不同家庭月收入和不同職業(yè)之間研究對象食品安全行為平均得分的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000)。logistic回歸分析顯示女性比男性的食品安全行為得分高;≤18歲和19-35歲組年齡人群行為得分較低;具有初中或高中及以上文化程度的人群比大專及以上文化程度的人群行為得分高;食品安全知識得分越高,行為得分越高;對食品安全非常關(guān)注的人群,行為得分高。 結(jié)論:居民食品安全認(rèn)知不容樂觀;居民食品安全意識較強(qiáng);居民食品安全行為存在隱患;加強(qiáng)食品安全健康教育,提高居民食品安全知信行水平勢在必行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status of food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior of Qingdao residents in Qingdao, based on the annual planning budget item of China / WHO2010-2011 "surveillance of food-borne diseases and risk assessment of food safety in Qingdao". Analysis of the influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for further development of food safety and health education and behavioral intervention. Methods: 1600 residents of Qingdao City were investigated by stratified cluster random sampling.
