【摘要】：目的既往嬰兒生長發(fā)育評價多采用時點斷面數(shù)據(jù),可能損失有價值信息。本文探索面板數(shù)據(jù)模型在嬰兒生長發(fā)育評價中的應(yīng)用。方法通過回顧性調(diào)查、摘錄兒童保健手冊和信息系統(tǒng)內(nèi)容的方式獲取資料。用R軟件plm等程序包分析。結(jié)果 536人出生體重為(3302.71±443.22)g,嬰兒體重平均增長(6.72±0.92)kg。嬰兒體重固定效應(yīng)模型截距為0.45~4.89,95%參考值為(0.95,3.39),17人體重增長過速,510人體重增長正常,9人體重增長過緩。嬰兒體重生長速度為:17人上等,381人中等,60人中上等,71人中下等,7人下等,用體重年增加率法和Z分差值法評價結(jié)果,差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論面板數(shù)據(jù)固定效應(yīng)模型截距可擬定嬰兒體重生長速度參考值和分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以評價嬰兒生長發(fā)育。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate infant growth and development by using time section data, which may lose valuable information. This paper explores the application of panel data model in infant growth and development evaluation. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted to extract the contents of child health care manual and information system. R software plm and other package analysis. Results the birth weight of 536 persons was (3302.71 鹵443.22) g, and the average weight gain of infants was (6.72 鹵0.92) kg.. The cutoff of fixed effect model of infant weight was 0.45 ~ 4.89, and 95% reference value was (0.95, 3.39). 17 people gained weight too quickly, 510 people gained normal weight, and 9 people gained too slowly. The body weight growth rate of infants was 17, 381, 60, 71 and 7, respectively. The results were evaluated by the method of annual weight gain rate and Z-score method, and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion the cutoff of panel data fixation effect model can be used to draw up the reference value and grading standard of infant weight growth rate in order to evaluate the infant growth and development.
