【摘要】：[目的]了解南京市某區(qū)居民對(duì)熱浪健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)影響因素。[方法]隨機(jī)選擇南京市某2個(gè)社區(qū),用面對(duì)面詢問(wèn)方式調(diào)查居民654人。采用卡方檢驗(yàn)、多變量logistic回歸等方法對(duì)熱浪風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析。[結(jié)果]有效問(wèn)卷642份,有效回收率98.9%。居民對(duì)高溫的認(rèn)知為(34.6±2.66)℃,熱浪對(duì)生活的影響程度在一般至比較嚴(yán)重之間,居民熱浪相關(guān)知識(shí)水平較低,應(yīng)對(duì)意愿較高;感知覺(jué)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、知識(shí)水平各維度之間均呈正相關(guān)。logistic回歸分析結(jié)果提示,老年人無(wú)中暑經(jīng)歷者(OR=1.2×10-7)對(duì)熱浪風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估低,慢病人群中步行者(OR=2.763)、無(wú)中暑經(jīng)歷者(OR=7.9×10-7)對(duì)熱浪風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估低。[結(jié)論]南京某社區(qū)居民對(duì)熱浪的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知和知識(shí)水平較低,個(gè)人健康狀況和生活習(xí)慣是影響熱浪風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知的重要因素。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the cognition status of health risk of heat wave and the related influencing factors among residents in a district of Nanjing. [methods] A total of 654 residents were investigated by face-to-face inquiry in two communities of Nanjing.
