【摘要】：[目的]了解南京市某區(qū)居民對熱浪健康風險的認知現狀及相關影響因素。[方法]隨機選擇南京市某2個社區(qū),用面對面詢問方式調查居民654人。采用卡方檢驗、多變量logistic回歸等方法對熱浪風險認知相關因素進行分析。[結果]有效問卷642份,有效回收率98.9%。居民對高溫的認知為(34.6±2.66)℃,熱浪對生活的影響程度在一般至比較嚴重之間,居民熱浪相關知識水平較低,應對意愿較高;感知覺、風險評估、知識水平各維度之間均呈正相關。logistic回歸分析結果提示,老年人無中暑經歷者(OR=1.2×10-7)對熱浪風險評估低,慢病人群中步行者(OR=2.763)、無中暑經歷者(OR=7.9×10-7)對熱浪風險評估低。[結論]南京某社區(qū)居民對熱浪的風險認知和知識水平較低,個人健康狀況和生活習慣是影響熱浪風險認知的重要因素。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the cognition status of health risk of heat wave and the related influencing factors among residents in a district of Nanjing. [methods] A total of 654 residents were investigated by face-to-face inquiry in two communities of Nanjing.
