【摘要】：目的了解養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人的健商水平及其影響因素,為進(jìn)一步改善老年人的健商提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用健康商數(shù)問卷對延吉市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果研究對象的健商各維度中,生活方式維度得分最高(63.07士6.97)分,健康知識維度得分最低(52.30士8.13)分。從達(dá)標(biāo)情況來看,健康知識、自我保健維度達(dá)標(biāo)率很低,僅達(dá)到15.6%和29.1%。健商各維度影響因素的分析結(jié)果顯示,性別、文化程度、興趣愛好、疾病情況對健商的生活方式維度有影響(P0.05);經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、文化程度、興趣愛好、疾病情況對健商的自我保健維度有影響(P0.05);經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、文化程度對健商的健康知識維度有影響(P0.05);興趣愛好對健商的精神狀態(tài)維度有影響(P0.05)。結(jié)論養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人的健商水平不理想,要關(guān)注老年人的健商培養(yǎng)。應(yīng)講健康知識普及、自我護(hù)理能力提高作為健康教育的重點內(nèi)容,開展個體化的健康教育,提高養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人健商水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the health quotient level and its influencing factors of the elderly in old-age institutions, and to provide theoretical basis for further improvement of the health quotient of the elderly. Methods Health Quotient questionnaire (HQ) was used to investigate the elderly in the old-age institutions in Yanji City. Results among all dimensions of health quotient, the score of lifestyle dimension was the highest (63.07 鹵6.97), and the score of health knowledge dimension was the lowest (52.30 鹵8.13). In terms of standards, health knowledge, self-care dimensions reached a low rate of 15.6% and 29.1%. The results of influencing factors of health quotient showed that gender, education level, interest and hobby, and disease affected the life style dimension of health quotient (P0.05). Economic income, education level, interest and hobby, disease condition have influence on self-care dimension of health quotient (P0.05); economic income, education degree have influence on health knowledge dimension of health quotient (P0.05); Hobbies have an impact on the mental state dimension of health quotient (P0.05). Conclusion the health quotient level of the elderly in old-age institutions is not ideal, so it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of health quotient of the elderly. Health knowledge should be popularized, self-care ability should be improved as the key content of health education, individual health education should be carried out, and the level of health quotient of the elderly in old-age institutions should be improved.
