【摘要】：目的了解河南省部分食品中重金屬污染狀況。方法在全省采集9大類5263份食品樣品,按照GB/T5009.12-2003食品中鉛的測定、GB/T5009.15-2003食品中鎘的測定、GB/T5009.17-2003食品中總汞及有機(jī)汞的測定和GB/T 5009.11-2003食品中總砷及無機(jī)砷的測定檢測食品中鉛、鎘、總汞和總砷的含量,檢測結(jié)果按照GB2762-2012《食品安全國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)食品中污染物限量》進(jìn)行評價(jià)。結(jié)果河南省食品中鉛的總體超標(biāo)率為2.04%,其中蔬菜及其制品和乳及乳制品中超標(biāo)率較高,分別為3.45%和2.74%;鎘的總體超標(biāo)率為0.67%,其中蔬菜及其制品中超標(biāo)率較高,為1.43%;總汞的總體超標(biāo)率為1.97%,其中蔬菜及其制品中超標(biāo)率較高,為4.4%;總砷的總體超標(biāo)率為0.12%。結(jié)論河南省食品中重金屬污染情況較往年相比有所下降,但部分蔬菜及其制品和乳及乳制品中重金屬污染情況仍較為嚴(yán)重,需予以關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the contamination of heavy metals in some foods in Henan province. Methods according to the determination of lead in GB/T5009.12-2003 food and cadmium in GB/T5009.15-2003 food, 5263 samples of 9 kinds of food were collected in the whole province. Determination of total and organic mercury in GB/T5009.17-2003 food and determination of total and inorganic arsenic in GB/T 5009.11 / 2003. determination of lead, cadmium, total mercury and total arsenic in food, The results were evaluated according to GB2762-2012 (National Standard for Food Safety). Results the total excess rate of lead in food in Henan Province was 2.04%, among which 3.45% and 2.74% in vegetables and their products, milk and dairy products, respectively. The overshoot rate of cadmium was 0.67%, among which, 1.43% in vegetables and their products, 1.97% in total mercury, 4.4% in vegetables and their products, and 0.67% in total cadmium, and 1.43% in vegetables and their products, and 1.97% in total mercury, among which the overstandard rate in vegetables and their products was higher than that in other products (1.43%). The overall over-standard rate of total arsenic was 0.12%. Conclusion the heavy metal pollution in food in Henan Province is lower than that in previous years, but the heavy metal pollution in some vegetables, their products and milk and dairy products is still serious, which needs to be paid attention to.
