【摘要】：目的探討依地酸鈣鈉不同用藥時(shí)間在職業(yè)性鉛中毒患者中的治療效果。方法選取2008年2月至2016年5月我院收治的職業(yè)性鉛中毒患者128例為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)患者的療程分為A、B、C、D組,分別治療2、3、4、5個(gè)療程,比較四組患者的療效及藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 A組患者的總有效率顯著低于B、C、D組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);B、C、D三組的總有效率比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。D組患者的藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率均顯著高于A、B、C組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);A、B、C三組患者的藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論依地酸鈣鈉治療3、4個(gè)療程在職業(yè)性鉛中毒患者中療效顯著且用藥安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of calcium sodium edetate in patients with occupational lead poisoning. Methods 128 cases of occupational lead poisoning treated in our hospital from February 2008 to May 2016 were selected and divided into A, B, C, D groups for 2,3,4,5 courses, respectively, according to the course of treatment, the patients were divided into three groups: group A, group B, group C and group D. The efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared among the four groups. Results the total effective rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B, C, D, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of group B, C and D (P0.05). (P 0.05) the incidence of adverse drug reactions in). D group was significantly higher than that in A, B, C group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions among A, B, C groups (P0.05). Conclusion calcium sodium edetate is effective and safe in the treatment of occupational lead poisoning for 3 and 4 courses of treatment. [WT5 "HZ] [WT5" HZ] conclusion [WT5 "BZ]
