【摘要】：目的研究銀川市大氣顆粒污染物水平及其與居民呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病死亡的暴露-反應(yīng)關(guān)系。方法收集銀川市2013年-2015年空氣質(zhì)量監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)、氣象監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)和居民死亡監(jiān)測資料,采用時間分層的病例交叉分析的方法,分析銀川市大氣顆粒水平對與呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病死亡的暴露-反應(yīng)關(guān)系。結(jié)果大氣PM10和PM2.5年均濃度均超過國家空氣質(zhì)量二級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB3095-2012)。銀川市大氣PM2.5濃度每升高10μg/m3,人群呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病死亡的危險增加0.22%(95%CI:0.03%,0.41%)(P0.05)。結(jié)論研究期間銀川市空氣污染水平下,呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病死亡人數(shù)的增加可能與PM2.5濃度的升高有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the level of atmospheric particulate contamination in Yinchuan and its relationship with the death of respiratory diseases in the population. Methods The data of the air quality monitoring data, the meteorological data and the monitoring data of the residents' death were collected from 2013 to 2015 in Yinchuan, and the time-stratified case-crossing analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the atmospheric particle level of Yinchuan and the death of respiratory diseases. Results The average annual concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 exceeded the national air quality standard (GB3095-2012). The concentration of PM2.5 in the atmosphere of Yinchuan city increased by 10 & mu; g/ m 3, and the risk of death of respiratory disease in the population increased by 0.22% (95% CI: 0.03%, 0.41%) (P0.05). Conclusion The increase of the number of death in the respiratory system may be related to the increase of the concentration of PM2.5 at the level of air pollution in Yinchuan city during the study.
