【摘要】：目的了解農(nóng)村貧困地區(qū)小學(xué)生早餐頻率及食物攝入情況,為制定營(yíng)養(yǎng)宣傳教育和干預(yù)措施提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法采用多階段分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣的方法,抽取河北省平泉縣等5個(gè)貧困農(nóng)村縣區(qū)15所小學(xué)的2 939名小學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查每周的早餐食用頻率及主要食物的攝入情況。結(jié)果參加調(diào)查的小學(xué)生達(dá)不到每天吃早餐的比例為23.2%。早餐食用頻率最高的食物是米面制品(66.6%),其次為奶類(lèi)(35.6%)、蔬菜(33.3%)、肉/蛋/魚(yú)類(lèi)(29.5%)、豆類(lèi)(27.7%)和水果(19.3%)。早餐營(yíng)養(yǎng)質(zhì)量差的小學(xué)生比例達(dá)到75.3%。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,男生、四/五年級(jí)、云南地區(qū)、父母未在外打工的學(xué)生早餐食用頻率相對(duì)較低;三/四年級(jí)、云南地區(qū)和住宿的學(xué)生早餐質(zhì)量相對(duì)較差。結(jié)論我國(guó)貧困農(nóng)村地區(qū)小學(xué)生每天吃早餐的頻率較低,早餐營(yíng)養(yǎng)質(zhì)量差。建議對(duì)學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)和老師加強(qiáng)合理早餐的教育,改善學(xué)生的早餐攝入狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the frequency and food intake of primary school students in rural areas, and to provide basic data for the development of nutrition education and intervention measures. Methods According to the method of multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling, 2,939 primary school students from 15 primary schools, such as Pingquan County, Hebei Province, were taken as the study object, and the daily breakfast consumption frequency and the intake of the main food were investigated. As a result, the proportion of pupils participating in the survey was 23.2% less than the daily breakfast. The highest food for breakfast was rice flour (66.6%), followed by milk (35.6%), vegetables (33.3%), meat/ eggs/ fish (29.5%), beans (27.7%) and fruit (19.3%). The proportion of primary school students with poor nutritional quality of breakfast reached 75.3%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the frequency of breakfast was relatively low for boys,4/5 and Yunnan, and the quality of breakfast for students in three/ fourth grade, Yunnan area and accommodation was relatively poor. Conclusion The frequency of daily breakfast of primary school students in poor rural areas of China is lower, and the quality of breakfast is poor. It is recommended to strengthen the education of reasonable breakfast for students, parents and teachers, and to improve the students' breakfast intake.
