KOH等度淋洗離子色譜法同時(shí)測(cè)定食品生產(chǎn)用水中5種陰離子

【摘要】:建立了KOH等度淋洗離子色譜法同時(shí)測(cè)定食品生產(chǎn)用水中氟化物、氯化物、亞硝酸鹽、硝酸鹽、硫酸鹽5種陰離子的檢驗(yàn)方法。結(jié)果表明:5種離子可在38min內(nèi)檢測(cè)完畢,各離子線性相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.9957~0.9999之間,檢出限為0.002~0.006mg/L,回收率為97.27%~103.11%,能夠滿足食品生產(chǎn)用水這些指標(biāo)的定量需求,是一種靈敏、準(zhǔn)確、快速的理想方法。
[Abstract]:A method for the simultaneous determination of fluoride, chloride, nitrite and sulfate in food production water by KOH isometric elution ion chromatography was established. The results showed that the five ions could be detected in 38min, the linear correlation coefficients of each ion were between 0.9957 and 0.9999, the detection limit was 0.002mg / L, the recovery was 97.27% and 103.11%, the detection limit was 0.002mg / L, and the recovery was 97.27% and 103.11%, respectively. It is a sensitive, accurate, rapid and ideal method to meet the quantitative demand of water for food production.
