【摘要】：背景：托幼機(jī)構(gòu)是學(xué)齡前兒童主要聚集的場(chǎng)所，該年齡段幼兒正處于生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育階段，全身各器官、系統(tǒng)的生理功能尚不完善，機(jī)體的免疫功能低下，自我防護(hù)意識(shí)不強(qiáng)，，在集體生活條件下相互密切接觸，極易感染由病毒和細(xì)菌引起的傳染性疾病，并且一旦出現(xiàn)感染病例，極易引起暴發(fā)和流行。開(kāi)展預(yù)防性消毒工作是預(yù)防和控制各類(lèi)傳染病和食物中毒的重要措施之一。近年來(lái)手足口病、流感在國(guó)內(nèi)部分托幼機(jī)構(gòu)流行，防控形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻，任務(wù)繁重。托幼機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)預(yù)防性消毒工作開(kāi)始引起疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)人員的廣泛重視。 目的：全面了解沈陽(yáng)市沈北新區(qū)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)消毒衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)況，為托幼機(jī)構(gòu)預(yù)防性消毒工作提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，并為控制和減少各類(lèi)傳染病發(fā)生和流行提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法：對(duì)沈陽(yáng)市沈北新區(qū)2012年托幼機(jī)構(gòu)分3類(lèi)進(jìn)行50%隨機(jī)抽樣消毒質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)和調(diào)查，對(duì)調(diào)查和監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果：（1）監(jiān)測(cè)轄區(qū)內(nèi)抽檢的托幼機(jī)構(gòu)80家單位，合格單位52家，監(jiān)測(cè)單位總合格率為65%，合格率較低，應(yīng)予以重視。（2）在3類(lèi)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)中存在顯著差異，公辦托幼機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果好于個(gè)體托幼機(jī)構(gòu)。（3）托幼機(jī)構(gòu)房屋設(shè)置獨(dú)體樓監(jiān)測(cè)效果明顯好于非獨(dú)體樓；教室和休息室功能區(qū)分開(kāi)監(jiān)測(cè)效果明細(xì)好于未分開(kāi)；大規(guī)模托幼機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)測(cè)效果明細(xì)好于小規(guī)模托幼機(jī)構(gòu)；有專(zhuān)業(yè)人員托幼機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)測(cè)效果明顯好于沒(méi)有專(zhuān)業(yè)人員托幼機(jī)構(gòu)；參加培訓(xùn)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)消毒監(jiān)測(cè)效果明顯好于未參加培訓(xùn)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)；園長(zhǎng)從事托幼工作時(shí)間長(zhǎng)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)明顯好于從事時(shí)間短托幼機(jī)構(gòu)；設(shè)備證件齊全和藥品索證托幼機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)測(cè)效果明顯好于證件不齊全和未索證托幼機(jī)構(gòu)。 結(jié)論：托幼機(jī)構(gòu)性質(zhì)、房屋設(shè)置、功能分區(qū)、大小規(guī)模、專(zhuān)業(yè)人員、參加培訓(xùn)、園長(zhǎng)從事托幼工作時(shí)間、紫外線燈設(shè)備證件、藥品索證是影響沈陽(yáng)市沈北新區(qū)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)預(yù)防性消毒效果的因素。
[Abstract]:Background: child care institutions are the main gathering places for preschool children. Children in this age group are in the stage of growth and development, the whole body organs, the physiological function of the system is not perfect, the immune function of the body is low, and the consciousness of self-protection is not strong. Close contact with each other under collective living conditions makes it very easy to infect infectious diseases caused by viruses and bacteria, and once cases of infection occur, outbreaks and epidemics are very likely to occur. Preventive disinfection is one of the important measures to prevent and control all kinds of infectious diseases and food poisoning. In recent years, hand, foot and mouth disease, influenza is prevalent in some child care institutions in China, the situation of prevention and control is severe, the task is heavy. Preventive disinfection in child care institutions has attracted extensive attention from the staff of disease prevention and control institutions. Aim: to understand the present situation of disinfection and hygiene in Shenyang New area of Shenyang, to provide technical guidance for preventive disinfection, and to provide scientific basis for controlling and reducing the occurrence and prevalence of all kinds of infectious diseases. Methods: 50% random sampling disinfection quality monitoring and investigation were carried out in Shenyang North New area of Shenyang in 2012, and the survey and monitoring results were statistically analyzed. Results: (1) the total qualified rate of the monitoring units was 65%, which should be paid attention to. (2) there were significant differences among the three types of child care institutions, and there were significant differences among the three types of institutions, and the total qualified rate of the monitoring units was 65%, which should be paid more attention to. The monitoring result of public institution is better than that of individual institution. (3) the monitoring effect of single building is better than that of non-single building. It is better to separate the monitoring effect of classroom and lounge function than that of not separate; the monitoring effect of large-scale child care institution is better than that of small-scale child care institution; the monitoring effect of specialized child care institution is obviously better than that of no professional child care institution; The effect of disinfection monitoring in the training institutions was better than that in the non-training institutions, and the length of working hours of the kindergarten director was better than that of the short-term institutions. The monitoring effect of well-equipped and medical certificate-seeking child care institution is better than that of incomplete and non-certificate-seeking child care institution. Conclusion: the nature of child care institution, housing setup, functional partition, size, professional personnel, training, kindergarten director's working hours, ultraviolet lamp equipment certificate, etc. Drug demand certificate is the factor that affects the preventive disinfection effect of child care institution in Shenyang North New area.
