【摘要】：目的探討中國城市初中學(xué)生身體滿意度現(xiàn)狀及其相關(guān)因素。方法采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,于2012年9月—2013年8月在中國6城市隨機(jī)抽取4 114名學(xué)生進(jìn)行身高、體重和身體滿意度的問卷調(diào)查,并對學(xué)生的體格發(fā)育進(jìn)行測量,采用多元logistic回歸分析影響身體滿意度的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果中國城市初中學(xué)生對身高、體重和體形滿意度高的比例分別為44.77%、38.18%和42.83%;多因素logistic回歸分析結(jié)果表明,男生比女生更傾向于對自己的身高表示滿意(OR=1.44、1.23),低估自己的身高會降低對身高的滿意度(OR=0.70、0.71);男生(OR=1.99)和初一學(xué)生(OR=1.51)傾向于對體重的滿意度高,而超重肥胖(OR=0.23、0.10)及自評體重過高者(OR=0.60)的體重高滿意度水平均下降;男生(OR=1.36、2.03)、初一(OR=0.92、1.64)、體重狀態(tài)(消瘦:OR=1.49、1.98,超重:OR=0.40、0.24,肥胖:OR=0.23、0.11)和高估體重(OR=0.58、0.50)均影響體形的中、高滿意度水平。結(jié)論中國城市初中生對身體的滿意度較低,性別、年級、體重狀態(tài)和對身高及體重的自評結(jié)果影響學(xué)生的身體滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the current situation and related factors of physical satisfaction of junior middle school students in urban areas of China. Methods using cluster random sampling method, 4 114 students were randomly selected from 6 cities of China from September 2012 to August 2013 to investigate their height, weight and body satisfaction, and the physical development of the students was measured. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors affecting body satisfaction. Results the percentage of satisfaction with height, weight and body shape was 44.77%, 38.18% and 42.83%, respectively. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that boys were more likely to be satisfied with their height (OR=1.44,1.23) than girls, and that underestimating their height would reduce their satisfaction with height (OR=0.70,0.71). Male students (OR=1.99) and junior high school students (OR=1.51) tended to have higher body weight satisfaction, while overweight and obesity (OR=0.23,0.10) and self-rated overweight (OR=0.60) students had lower body weight satisfaction levels. Male students (OR=1.36,2.03), junior high school students (OR=0.92,1.64), body weight status (emaciation: OR=1.49,1.98, overweight, OR=0.40,0.24, obesity: OR=0.23,0.11) and overweight (OR=0.58,0.50) all affected the middle of body shape. High level of satisfaction. Conclusion Chinese urban junior high school students have lower body satisfaction.
