【摘要】：正職業(yè)性塵肺病(以下簡稱"塵肺病")是由于在生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)中長期吸入生產(chǎn)性粉塵,并在肺內(nèi)沉積而引起的以肺組織彌漫性纖維化為主的全身性疾病,其不可治愈且病情可逐年加重。我國法定的塵肺病共有13種,包括:矽肺,煤工塵肺,石墨塵肺,碳黑塵肺,石棉肺,滑石塵肺,水泥塵肺,云母塵肺,陶工塵肺,鋁塵肺,電焊工塵肺,鑄工塵肺,根據(jù)《塵肺病診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》和《塵肺病理診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》可以診斷的其他塵肺病。早期塵肺病病人身體可代償,一般無癥狀表現(xiàn);隨著病變的進(jìn)展及合并癥的出現(xiàn),可表現(xiàn)出不同的癥狀和體征。主要表現(xiàn)為咳
[Abstract]:Positive occupational pneumoconiosis (hereafter referred to as "pneumoconiosis") is a systemic disease mainly caused by diffuse fibrosis of lung tissue caused by long-term inhalation of productive dust in productive activities and deposition in the lungs. It can not be cured and the disease can be aggravated year by year. There are 13 kinds of pneumoconiosis in China, including silicosis, coal worker's pneumoconiosis, graphite pneumoconiosis, carbon black pneumoconiosis, asbestos lung, talc pneumoconiosis, cement pneumoconiosis, mica pneumoconiosis, pottery worker's pneumoconiosis, aluminum pneumoconiosis, electric welder's pneumoconiosis, cast worker's pneumoconiosis. Other pneumoconiosis can be diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of pneumoconiosis and pathological diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.
