【摘要】：目的探討高血壓煤礦工人領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持、自尊與幸福感之間的關(guān)系,以及影響其幸福感的人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量,為提高高血壓煤礦工人的幸福感水平、改善其身心健康提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法于2015年7月至9月期間,采用整群抽樣的方法,對遼寧省某煤礦集團(tuán)某礦全部符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的640名高血壓煤礦工人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。回收有效問卷523份,有效回收率為81.718%。結(jié)果高血壓煤礦工人的領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持、自尊和幸福感均呈顯著正相關(guān)。結(jié)論領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持和自尊是幸福感的重要預(yù)測變量,所以應(yīng)提高高血壓煤礦工人的領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持和自尊,從而有效地提高其幸福感水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between perceived social support, self-esteem and well-being of hypertensive coal miners, and the demographic variables that affect their well-being, in order to improve the level of well-being of hypertensive coal miners. Improve their physical and mental health to provide scientific basis. Methods from July to September 2015, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 640 hypertensive coal miners in a coal mine of a coal mine group in Liaoning province by means of cluster sampling. 523 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective recovery rate was 81.718%. Results perceived social support, self-esteem and well-being of hypertensive coal miners were positively correlated. Conclusion perceived social support and self-esteem are important predictors of well-being. Therefore, the perceived social support and self-esteem of hypertensive coal miners should be improved so as to improve their well-being effectively.
