【摘要】：目的:探討青少年行為問題與遺傳、環(huán)境因素的相關(guān)性。方法:選擇重慶市12~18歲66對(duì)青少年雙生子,采用Achenbach青少年自評(píng)量表(Youth Self-Report,YSR)測(cè)查行為問題,采集雙生子靜脈血標(biāo)本,提取DNA進(jìn)行卵型鑒定。根據(jù)同卵雙生子間表型相關(guān)系數(shù)(rMZ)和異卵雙生子間表型相關(guān)系數(shù)(rDZ)的比較,進(jìn)行遺傳效應(yīng)的粗約估計(jì),構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM),定量分析加性遺傳因素(A)、共享環(huán)境因素(C)、特殊環(huán)境因素(E)與青少年行為問題的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:社交問題及違紀(jì)行為rMZrDZ,提示數(shù)據(jù)不適合進(jìn)行遺傳分析;其余各因子rMZ、rDZ比較:退縮行為、軀體主訴、焦慮/抑郁情緒、攻擊行為、思維問題、注意問題因子rMZ2rDZ,均擬合ACE模型。其最優(yōu)模型均為AE模型。在遺傳效應(yīng)(A)及個(gè)體特異性環(huán)境(E)總變異方差中,焦慮/抑郁情緒、攻擊行為因子遺傳效應(yīng)在0.52~0.57之間,個(gè)體特異性環(huán)境在0.43~0.48之間;退縮行為、軀體主訴、思維問題及注意問題遺傳效應(yīng)在0.17~0.45之間,個(gè)體特異性環(huán)境在0.55~0.83之間。結(jié)論:青少年社交問題及違紀(jì)行為與遺傳效應(yīng)關(guān)系不明顯;退縮行為、軀體主訴、焦慮/抑郁情緒、思維問題、注意問題、攻擊行為與加性遺傳因素及個(gè)體特異性環(huán)境因素均有相關(guān)性;焦慮/抑郁、攻擊行為與遺傳因素相關(guān)程度大,其余因子均與個(gè)體特異性環(huán)境因素相關(guān)度大。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the correlation between behavioral problems and genetic and environmental factors in adolescents. Methods: two pairs of twins aged 12 ~ 18 years old in Chongqing were selected. Behavior problems were examined by Achenbach Youth Self-Rating scale (Youth Self-Report,YSR). Venous blood samples of twins were collected and DNA was extracted for egg type identification. Based on the comparison of phenotypic correlation coefficients (rMZ) between identical twins and heterozygote twins (rDZ), rough reduction estimation of genetic effects was made, and structural equation model (SEM),) was constructed for quantitative analysis of additive genetic factors (A),). The relationship between shared environmental factor (C), special environmental factor (E) and adolescent behavior problems. Results: rMZrDZ, data of social problems and disciplinary violations were not suitable for genetic analysis. RMZ,rDZ comparison of other factors: withdrawal behavior, body complaint, anxiety / depression, aggressive behavior, thinking problem, attention problem factor rMZ2rDZ, all fit ACE model. The optimal models are all AE models. In the total variance of genetic effect (A) and individual specific environment (E), the genetic effects of anxiety / depression and aggressive behavior factors ranged from 0.52 to 0.57, and from 0.43 to 0.48 for individual specific environment. The genetic effects of withdrawal behavior, body complaints, thinking problems and attention problems ranged from 0.17 to 0.45, and from 0.55 to 0.83. Conclusion: there is no obvious relationship between social problems and behaviors against discipline and genetic effects in adolescents. Withdrawal behavior, body complaints, anxiety / depression, thinking problems, attention problems, aggressive behavior and additive genetic factors and individual specific environmental factors were correlated. Anxiety / depression, aggressive behavior and genetic factors were highly correlated, and other factors were highly correlated with individual specific environmental factors.
