【摘要】：利用高脂金黃地鼠模型研究開菲爾對腸道菌群的調(diào)節(jié)作用。體質(zhì)量、肝臟質(zhì)量、附睪脂肪質(zhì)量、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)測定結果表明,開菲爾能夠有效控制高脂飼料引起的體質(zhì)量、附睪脂肪質(zhì)量增加以及LDL-C/HDL-C比值的升高(開菲爾實驗組體質(zhì)量、附睪脂肪質(zhì)量、LDL-C/HDL-C比值分別為149.8 g、4.0 g、0.7,顯著低于高脂飼料對照組的172.1 g、5.5 g、1.1)。高通量測序分析結果顯示,開菲爾能夠顯著下調(diào)擬桿菌門、脫鐵桿菌門、變形菌門和TM7菌門組成比例和上調(diào)厚壁菌門、柔膜菌門和疣微菌門比例;能夠上調(diào)Akkermansia muciniphila的組成比例,并下調(diào)Alistipes indistinctus和Mucispirillum schaedleri的組成比例。因此,推斷開菲爾能夠調(diào)節(jié)高脂飼料引起的腸道菌群失調(diào),抑制體質(zhì)量增加和降低血脂指標。
[Abstract]:The effect of Kefir on intestinal flora was studied by using high fat golden hamster model. Body mass, liver mass, epididymal fat mass, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride, (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were measured. Kefir could effectively control the body mass, the increase of epididymal fat mass and the increase of LDL-C/HDL-C ratio caused by high fat diet (the body weight, epididymal fat mass and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio of Keifel experimental group were 149.8 g, respectively). It was significantly lower than that of high fat diet group (172.1 g / L, 172.1 g / g). The results of high-throughput sequencing showed that Kefir could significantly down-regulate the proportion of Bacteroides, Ferriodactylum, Proteus and TM7 phylum and upregulate the proportion of phylum pachymatidis, phylum flexurus and Microphylum verrucosa. Can increase the composition of Akkermansia muciniphila, and down-regulate the composition of Alistipes indistinctus and Mucispirillum schaedleri. Therefore, it is inferred that Keifel can regulate intestinal microflora disorder, inhibit the increase of body mass and decrease the index of blood lipids caused by high fat feed.
