【摘要】：目的了解瑞安市托幼機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生狀況和消毒工作質(zhì)量,為托幼機(jī)構(gòu)消毒工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和采樣檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)瑞安市托幼機(jī)構(gòu)消毒效果進(jìn)行調(diào)查和監(jiān)測(cè),并對(duì)調(diào)查和監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果2013-2014年瑞安市托幼機(jī)構(gòu)消毒合格率為63.01%,其中使用中消毒液合格率為90.54%,物體表面合格率為78.52%,玩具表面合格率為67.86%,人員手合格率為66.81%,餐具合格率為66.63%,室內(nèi)空氣合格率為43.68%,紫外線燈管輻射強(qiáng)度合格率為34.23%;金黃色葡萄球菌檢出率為0.85%。公辦和民辦托幼機(jī)構(gòu)合格率分別為66.14%和61.59%。結(jié)論瑞安市托幼機(jī)構(gòu)消毒效果總體不理想,尤其是民辦托幼機(jī)構(gòu)室內(nèi)空氣和紫外線燈管輻射強(qiáng)度合格率較低,建議相關(guān)部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)消毒監(jiān)測(cè)與管理工作,提高消毒質(zhì)量,保障幼兒健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the hygienic status and disinfection quality of nursery facilities in Ruian City, and to provide scientific basis for disinfection work. Methods the disinfection effect of preschool institutions in Ruian city was investigated and monitored by field investigation and sampling method, and the results of investigation and monitoring were statistically analyzed. Results from 2013 to 2014, the eligible rate of disinfection in kindergartens was 63.01, in which the qualified rate of disinfectant solution in use was 90.54, the qualified rate of object surface was 78.52, the qualified rate of toy surface was 67.86. The qualified rate of hand, tableware, indoor air and ultraviolet lamp radiation were 66.81, 66.63, 43.68 and 34.23, respectively. The detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 0.85. The qualified rates of public and private kindergartens were 66.14% and 61.59% respectively. Conclusion the disinfection effect of kindergartens in Ruian city is not satisfactory, especially the qualified rate of indoor air and ultraviolet lamp radiation intensity is low. It is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen the monitoring and management of disinfection and improve the disinfection quality. To safeguard the health of young children.
