2007-2016年云南省食物中毒事件流行病學(xué)特征分析

【摘要】:目的分析近年來(lái)云南省食物中毒事件的發(fā)生規(guī)律和流行特點(diǎn),為制定食物中毒的有效預(yù)防控制措施和策略提供參考依據(jù)。方法對(duì)2007-2016年云南省突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件報(bào)告管理信息系統(tǒng)中所報(bào)告的食物中毒資料進(jìn)行描述性流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2007-2016年云南省共報(bào)告食物中毒事件603起,中毒18 221例,死亡514例,病死率2.82%。食物中毒發(fā)病高峰集中在6-8月,報(bào)告事件數(shù)最多的是動(dòng)植物性食物中毒356起(54.23%),主要為野生蕈中毒;報(bào)告中毒人數(shù)最多的是微生物性食物中毒8 661例(47.53%),沙門(mén)菌為主要致病微生物。家庭和學(xué)校是食物中毒的高發(fā)場(chǎng)所,分別為287起(47.60%)和128起(21.23%)。結(jié)論對(duì)高發(fā)地區(qū)、高發(fā)季節(jié)、高發(fā)人群、高發(fā)場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)宣傳教育;加大食品衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督,加強(qiáng)對(duì)重點(diǎn)場(chǎng)所的管理力度;提高食物中毒原因判明情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of food poisoning in Yunnan Province in recent years, and to provide a reference for making effective prevention and control measures and strategies for food poisoning. Methods the data of food poisoning reported in the management information system of public health emergency report in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results 603 food poisoning incidents were reported in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016, with 18 221 poisoning cases and 514 deaths, with a case fatality rate of 2. 82%. The highest incidence of food poisoning occurred in June-August. The most reported cases were animal and plant food poisoning 356 cases (54.23%), mainly wild mushroom poisoning. 8 661 cases (47.53%) of microbiological food poisoning were reported. Salmonella was the main pathogenic microorganism. The incidence of food poisoning in families and schools was 287 (47.60%) and 128 (21.23%) respectively. Conclusion in high incidence area, high incidence season, high incidence population and high incidence place, emphasis should be given to propaganda and education, food hygiene supervision should be strengthened, management of key places should be strengthened, and identification of the causes of food poisoning should be improved.
