益生菌發(fā)酵豆乳對高脂血癥小鼠降血脂及肝損傷緩解的作用

【摘要】:研究干酪乳桿菌、植物乳桿菌和雙歧桿菌在體外降膽固醇能力及三種益生菌混合發(fā)酵豆乳對高脂飲食小鼠血脂及肝損傷的影響。采用鄰苯二甲醛法評價益生菌體外降膽固醇能力。采用C57BL/6N小鼠,并將其隨機(jī)分為7組,即對照組;高脂組;干酪乳桿菌發(fā)酵豆乳干預(yù)組;植物乳桿菌發(fā)酵豆乳干預(yù)組;雙歧桿菌發(fā)酵豆乳干預(yù)組;三種益生菌混合發(fā)酵豆乳干預(yù)組;未發(fā)酵豆乳干預(yù)組。連續(xù)喂養(yǎng)7周后,測定血清和肝臟中相關(guān)血脂指標(biāo),并觀察肝臟組織病理學(xué)變化。結(jié)果表明:干酪乳桿菌、植物乳桿菌和雙歧桿菌在體外降膽固醇能力分別為43.14%、46.27%和40.53%。益生菌混合發(fā)酵豆乳顯著降低小鼠腹部和腎周脂肪指數(shù),血清總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平,降低肝臟TC、TG、丙氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)水平,并明顯改善肝臟脂肪堆積。
[Abstract]:The effects of Lactobacillus casei Lactobacillus plantarum and Bifidobacterium on cholesterol lowering in vitro and the effects of three probiotics mixed fermented soybean milk on blood lipids and liver injury in mice with high fat diet were studied. The ability of probiotics to reduce cholesterol in vitro was evaluated by phthalaldehyde method. C57BL/6N mice were randomly divided into 7 groups: control group; high-fat group; Lactobacillus casei fermented soybean milk intervention group; Lactobacillus plantarum fermented soybean milk intervention group; bifidobacterium fermented soybean milk intervention group; Three kinds of probiotics mixed fermented soybean milk intervention group; unfermented soybean milk intervention group. After 7 weeks of continuous feeding, serum and liver blood lipid levels were measured and liver histopathological changes were observed. The results showed that the cholesterol lowering ability of Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum and Bifidobacterium in vitro was 46.27% and 40.53%, respectively. Probiotic mixed fermented soybean milk significantly decreased abdominal and perirenal fat index, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), increased the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) and decreased liver TC,TG,. The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were significantly improved.
