【摘要】：目的比較分析重慶市市區(qū)與區(qū)縣人工流產(chǎn)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)人流)婦女避孕狀況存在的差異,為優(yōu)化計(jì)劃生育服務(wù)策略提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用國(guó)家人口計(jì)生委科學(xué)技術(shù)研究所的《流產(chǎn)后計(jì)劃生育服務(wù)調(diào)查研究之?huà)D女基線調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》,對(duì)2015年該院門(mén)診接收和該市區(qū)縣接收的人流婦女進(jìn)行避孕狀況的調(diào)查。結(jié)果 (1)兩組被調(diào)查者年齡與婚姻狀況比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)未采取避孕措施及避孕失敗是導(dǎo)致此次流產(chǎn)的主要原因,兩組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(3)人流術(shù)后擬將采取的避孕措施以宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器、短效口服避孕藥及避孕套為主,其中,選擇宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器及皮下埋植劑等長(zhǎng)效避孕方式者,區(qū)縣組高于市區(qū)組,而選擇避孕套和短效口服避孕藥等短效避孕方式者,則市區(qū)組高于區(qū)縣組。兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論避孕措施使用率低或選擇低效的避孕方式、存在僥幸心理或不了解避孕方法等因素是導(dǎo)致人流的主要原因,但總體來(lái)看,市區(qū)組選擇高效避孕措施人群低于區(qū)縣組。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the difference of contraceptive status between urban and district abortion women in Chongqing, and to provide theoretical basis for optimizing family planning service strategy. Methods the survey of contraceptive status of outpatient women admitted in the outpatient department of the Institute of Science and Technology of the State population and Family Planning Commission in 2015 was carried out by using the baseline questionnaire of Women in the Survey of Family Planning Services after abortion. Results (1) there were significant differences in age and marital status between the two groups (P0.05). (2) the failure of contraception and the failure of contraception were the main causes of the abortion, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); (3) Intrauterine contraceptive devices, short-effect oral contraceptive and condoms were the main contraceptive methods to be taken after abortion. Among them, the district and county group were higher than the urban group in choosing long-term contraceptive methods such as intrauterine contraceptive device and subcutaneous implant. The choice of condoms and short-acting oral contraceptive, such as short-effect contraceptive methods, the urban group is higher than the county group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the low rate of contraceptive use or the choice of low effective contraceptive methods are the main causes of abortion due to the existence of lucky psychology or lack of understanding of contraceptive methods. But in general, the population of urban group who choose effective contraceptive method is lower than that of district and county group.
