【摘要】：為科學(xué)合理地進(jìn)行建設(shè)項(xiàng)目職業(yè)病危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分類,基于系統(tǒng)工程及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的基本原理,采用Delphi法分析和確定了影響職業(yè)病危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)程度的因素,通過構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,建立了職業(yè)病危害影響因子賦值法(OHFA)定量化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型。根據(jù)對(duì)作業(yè)場所的危害源、本質(zhì)及附加防護(hù)設(shè)施水平、人員接觸機(jī)會(huì)、職業(yè)病防治管理等因子的綜合分析,預(yù)測分析了研究對(duì)象的職業(yè)病危害的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)程度,為職業(yè)病危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)辨識(shí)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、防治管理及防護(hù)設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)等提供參考。并以某石化行業(yè)硫磺回收項(xiàng)目為實(shí)例進(jìn)行應(yīng)用與驗(yàn)證,得出了該項(xiàng)目的總體職業(yè)病危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度值為12,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)為Ⅰ級(jí),各職業(yè)病危害因素的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度由高到底排序?yàn)榱蚧瘹�、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、硫磺、高�?其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分類的關(guān)鍵決定因素為硫化氫。實(shí)踐表明該方法與專家評(píng)估結(jié)果及工程實(shí)際吻合較好,應(yīng)用于職業(yè)病危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中可給出定量化的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分類結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In order to classify the occupational hazard risk of construction project scientifically and reasonably, based on the basic principles of system engineering and risk assessment, the factors influencing the risk degree of occupational disease hazard are analyzed and determined by Delphi method, and the risk assessment index system is constructed. A quantitative risk assessment model of occupational disease hazard factor assignment method (OHFA) was established. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the hazard source, nature and level of additional protective facilities, personnel contact opportunities, occupational disease prevention and control management and other factors in the workplace, the risk degree of occupational disease hazards was predicted and analyzed. It provides reference for occupational hazard risk identification, risk assessment, prevention and control management and design of protective facilities. Taking the sulfur recovery project of a petrochemical industry as an example, the results show that the overall occupational hazard risk degree of the project is 12, the risk grade is grade 鈪，
