【摘要】：目的:分析連云港市病殘兒童資料,通過(guò)孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查干預(yù)其近五年病殘兒父母再生育,預(yù)防病殘兒的發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法:對(duì)連云港市2008 2012年經(jīng)過(guò)醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定的病殘兒的資料進(jìn)行分析,比較其五年間數(shù)量、地區(qū)、性別分布、疾病順位變化等,發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷了解其在生育病殘兒之前的基本情況;再次懷孕后有無(wú)優(yōu)生指導(dǎo)、超生排畸、唐篩、妊娠結(jié)局、分娩方式等調(diào)查,分析干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果:近五年通過(guò)醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定符合病殘兒童標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的1 046例五年間無(wú)明顯變化;城區(qū)較農(nóng)村多;男性較女性多;疾病順位排序先天性心臟病位于第一位。通過(guò)干預(yù),收回問(wèn)卷中先天性心臟病父母再生育72例均為正常兒,其次腦癱患兒父母再生育35例均為正常兒。結(jié)論:病殘兒鑒定父母通過(guò)孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查,完成整個(gè)孕前保健、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估到個(gè)性化咨詢指導(dǎo)一系列干預(yù)后再生育均為正常兒,干預(yù)效果明顯,減少了不良妊娠結(jié)局的發(fā)生,對(duì)預(yù)防和降低再次生育病殘兒的發(fā)生非常重要。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the data of disabled children in Lianyungang city, and to prevent the risk of children with disability by pre-pregnancy health examination. Methods: the data of sick and disabled children from 2008 to 2012 in Lianyungang city were analyzed, and the number, region, sex distribution, disease sequence and so on in five years were compared, and the basic situation before giving birth to sick and disabled children was investigated by issuing questionnaires. To analyze the effect of intervention, there are guidance of eugenics, supergene drainage, Tang sieve, pregnancy outcome and delivery mode after re-pregnancy. Results: in the past five years, there were no significant changes in 1 046 cases that met the standard of sick and disabled children in recent five years. There were more cases in urban areas than in rural areas, more men than women, and the first place was congenital heart disease in order of disease ranking. Through intervention, 72 parents with congenital heart disease and 35 children with cerebral palsy were all normal children. Conclusion: the parents of the identification of sick and disabled children have completed the whole pre-pregnancy health care through pre-pregnancy health examination. The risk assessment and individualized counseling guide a series of intervention to have a normal baby. The intervention effect is obvious and the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome is reduced. It is very important to prevent and reduce the occurrence of sick and disabled children.
