江蘇某地長江水源飲用水中有機物致突變性比較

【摘要】:目的了解江蘇省某市長江水源水及長距離輸送和相關(guān)自來水廠凈水工藝處理對水中有機物致突變性的影響。方法采用大孔樹脂XAD-2提取該市某自來水廠的進廠水、出廠水和管網(wǎng)水中非揮發(fā)性有機物,并通過Ames試驗檢測其致突變性,當(dāng)回復(fù)突變率(mutation ratio,MR)≥2時,認為Ames試驗陽性。結(jié)果各水樣對TA98(-S9)的MR高于TA98(+S9)(P=0.005);自來水廠常規(guī)凈水工藝處理使得水中有機物的MR值(TA98,-S9)升高(P=0.007);長距離管道輸送可降低水樣MR值(P=0.038);出廠水MR值(+S9)總體低于水源水(P=0.002),但出廠水致突變性試驗陽性結(jié)果(-S9)檢出頻率高于水源水;管網(wǎng)自來水致突變性(TA98,+S9)低于長江水源水(P=0.008)。結(jié)論江蘇省某市長江水源水及其自來水廠各凈水處理單元的出水水樣均檢測出了致突變性,主要存在移碼型直接致突變物。
