兩種增加骨密度功能保健食品的功效研究

【摘要】:目的對(duì)2種以碳酸鈣、氨基酸葡萄糖、硫酸軟骨素為主要組分但不同配比的增加骨密度類保健食品的功效進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,從配方角度進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià)。方法采用相當(dāng)于人體推薦劑量的5、10、30倍濃度分別將氨糖軟骨素片(0.33、0.67、2.00 g/kg)及骨密度強(qiáng)化膠囊(0.25、0.5、1.5 g/kg)摻入飼料給予大鼠90 d,同時(shí)分別設(shè)置與30倍劑量組鈣含量相同的碳酸鈣對(duì)照組。測(cè)定大鼠體質(zhì)量、股骨質(zhì)量、股骨密度及股骨鈣含量等指標(biāo),對(duì)比配方及結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和討論。結(jié)果股骨質(zhì)量,增加骨密度膠囊10、30倍劑量組與碳酸鈣組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。氨糖軟骨素片30倍劑量組與碳酸鈣組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);股骨中點(diǎn)骨密度,增加骨密度膠囊30倍劑量組與碳酸鈣組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。氨糖軟骨素片30倍劑量組與碳酸鈣組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);股骨遠(yuǎn)心端骨密度,增加骨密度膠囊10、30倍劑量組與相應(yīng)碳酸鈣組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。氨糖軟骨素片10、30倍劑量組與相應(yīng)碳酸鈣組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);股骨鈣含量,增加骨密度膠囊30倍劑量組與相應(yīng)碳酸鈣組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。氨糖軟骨素片10倍、30倍劑量組與30倍碳酸鈣組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);飼料鈣含量,低鈣飼料實(shí)測(cè)鈣含量為1.2 mg/g。結(jié)論2種配方的保健食品均具有增加骨密度功效,氨糖軟骨素片較增加骨密度膠囊配方更合理。
[Abstract]:Objective to verify the efficacy of two kinds of health foods with calcium carbonate, amino acid glucose and chondroitin sulfate as main components but with different proportions to increase bone mineral density. Methods the rats were fed with amitosamine chondroitin tablets (0.33 g/kg) and bone mineral density strengthening capsule (0.25 g/kg) for 90 days with a concentration of 10 ~ 10 ~ 30 times the recommended dose of 5 chondroitin (0.33 ~ 0.67) and BMD (0.25 ~ 0.55 ~ (1.5) g/kg) respectively. At the same time, calcium carbonate control group with the same calcium content as 30 times dose group was set up respectively. Body mass, femoral bone mineral density and femur calcium content were measured, and the formula and results were analyzed and discussed. Results there was no significant difference in femur quality between 10 and 30 times of BMD capsule group and calcium carbonate group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the 30 times dosage group and the calcium carbonate group (P0.05); the bone mineral density at the middle point of femur and the increase of bone mineral density capsule 30 times dose group had no statistical significance compared with the calcium carbonate group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the 30 times dosage group and the calcium carbonate group (P0.05), while there was no significant difference between the 30 times dose group and the corresponding calcium carbonate group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the 10 ~ 30 times dosage group and the corresponding calcium carbonate group (P0.05); there was no significant difference between the 30 times dose group and the corresponding calcium carbonate group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the 10 times, 30 times dosage groups and the 30 times calcium carbonate group (P0.05); the calcium content in feed was 1.2 mg/g., the measured calcium content in low calcium diet was 1.2 mg/g.. Conclusion the two formulations of health food have the effect of increasing bone mineral density, and the formula of amitose chondroitin tablet is more reasonable than that of increasing bone mineral density capsule.
