【摘要】：維生索A（vitaminA,VA）是人體最重要的微量營養(yǎng)素之一，在維持上皮細(xì)胞完整性，調(diào)節(jié)視覺、免疫、生殖功能和胚胎生長發(fā)育方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。維生素A缺乏(vitamin A deficiency,VAD）已成為公共衛(wèi)生問題，小孩及孕婦為易感人群。母孕期及生后早期VAD可造成子代生長發(fā)育障礙，引發(fā)各種先天畸形。在腦發(fā)育方面，VAD可導(dǎo)致胚胎后腦缺失、脊索背腹軸（D-V軸）軸向異常，胎兒腦積水、無腦等畸形，可損傷學(xué)習(xí)、記憶及認(rèn)知等功能。近年來研究表明，VA及其活性代謝產(chǎn)物視黃酸（retinoic acid,RA）與腦形態(tài)、功能發(fā)育密切相關(guān)，在控制神經(jīng)分化、神經(jīng)管調(diào)控模式，，維持突觸可塑性等方面有著重要作用。這種作用是通過復(fù)雜的信號(hào)通路，調(diào)控靶基因表達(dá)而實(shí)現(xiàn)的�；A(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明維生素A干預(yù)（vitaminAintervention,VAI）可以改善VAD所致腦損害。本文就維生素A及其活性代謝產(chǎn)物在腦發(fā)育中的作用、相關(guān)機(jī)制及干預(yù)方面的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Vitamin A (vitaminA,VA) is one of the most important micronutrients in human body, which plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of epithelial cells, regulating vision, immunity, reproductive function and embryonic growth and development. Vitamin A deficiency (vitamin A deficiency,VAD) has become a public health problem, with children and pregnant women at risk. Maternal pregnancy and early postnatal VAD can cause offspring growth and development disorders, leading to a variety of congenital malformations. In the aspect of brain development, VAD can lead to the loss of post-embryonic brain, the axial abnormality of the dorsal ventral axis of notochord (D-V axis), fetal hydrocephalus and anencephaly, which can impair the functions of learning, memory and cognition. In recent years studies have shown that VA and its active metabolite retinoic acid (retinoic acid,RA) are closely related to brain morphology and functional development and play an important role in controlling neural differentiation neural tube regulation mode and maintaining synaptic plasticity. This effect is achieved through complex signaling pathways that regulate target gene expression. Basic experiments have shown that vitamin A intervention (vitaminAintervention,VAI) can improve brain damage induced by VAD. In this review, the role of vitamin A and its active metabolites in brain development, the related mechanisms and the intervention are reviewed.
