【摘要】：目的調(diào)查某鉛酸蓄電池企業(yè)局部排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)改造情況,評(píng)價(jià)改造效果。方法以韶關(guān)市某進(jìn)行局部排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)改造的鉛酸蓄電池企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象。分別于2011和2013年調(diào)查該企業(yè)局部排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)改造情況,檢測(cè)其改造前后工作場(chǎng)所空氣中鉛煙或鉛塵水平和鉛作業(yè)工人血鉛水平。結(jié)果改造前該企業(yè)局部排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)存在罩口設(shè)計(jì)不合理、風(fēng)機(jī)通風(fēng)量不足和密閉罩密閉性差等缺陷,有的崗位甚至未設(shè)置局部排風(fēng)設(shè)施。2011年10月至2012年4月,該企業(yè)全面停產(chǎn)按專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)公司的設(shè)計(jì)方案的要求對(duì)其局部排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改造。改造后工作場(chǎng)所鉛煙或鉛塵檢測(cè)點(diǎn)合格率高于改造前(100.0%vs 49.0%,P0.01);改造前后鉛作業(yè)工人血鉛水平中位數(shù)(第25、75百分位數(shù))分別為0.72(0.50,1.11)μmol/L和0.60(0.41,0.89)μmol/L,改造后鉛作業(yè)工人血鉛超標(biāo)率低于改造前(0.0%vs 8.3%,P0.01)。結(jié)論合理設(shè)置局部排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)是控制鉛酸蓄電池企業(yè)工作場(chǎng)所鉛危害的行之有效的手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the retrofit of local exhaust system in a lead-acid battery enterprise and evaluate the effect. Methods A lead-acid battery enterprise in Shaoguan city was studied. In 2011 and 2013, the retrofit of local ventilation system in the enterprise was investigated, and the level of lead smoke or dust in the workplace and the blood lead level of the workers exposed to lead were detected before and after the retrofit. Results before the revamping, the local exhaust system of the enterprise had some defects, such as unreasonable design of the hood, insufficient ventilation of the fan and poor sealing of the closed cover, and some posts did not even set up the local ventilation facilities. From October 2011 to April 2012, According to the requirements of the design scheme of the professional design company, the partial exhaust system of the enterprise has been reformed. The qualified rate of lead fume or lead dust in the workplace after transformation was higher than that before (100.0%vs 49.0 / P0.01). The median of blood lead level (25 ~ 75th percentile) was 0.72 (0.501.11) 渭 mol/L and 0.60 (0.41 ~ 0.89) 渭 mol/L, respectively. After revamping, the blood lead excess rate of the workers was lower than that of the former (0.0%vs 8.3% P0.01). Conclusion the reasonable setting of local exhaust system is an effective method to control the lead hazard in the work place of lead-acid battery enterprise.
