【摘要】：目的:觀察早期妊娠高危人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)后即時(shí)放置左炔諾孕酮宮內(nèi)緩釋系統(tǒng)(曼月樂(lè))與含銅含藥固定式宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器(吉妮致美)的臨床效果。方法:接受無(wú)痛負(fù)壓吸宮術(shù)后自主選擇放置曼月樂(lè)(184例)和吉妮致美宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器(142例)的高危人工流產(chǎn)婦女為觀察對(duì)象。隨訪12個(gè)月,比較兩種宮內(nèi)避孕方法的避孕效果、各種原因終止率及副作用主訴情況。結(jié)果:使用曼月樂(lè)無(wú)一例妊娠發(fā)生,避孕效果明顯優(yōu)于吉妮致美IUD,且因癥取出率為1.7/百婦女年,明顯低于吉妮致美的9.3/百婦女年。曼月樂(lè)的主要副作用主訴為月經(jīng)血量減少,吉妮致美則主要為點(diǎn)滴出血。結(jié)論:高危人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)后即時(shí)放置曼月樂(lè)避孕效果較好,值得臨床使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine slow release system (Manyue) and fixed intrauterine device containing copper (Ginny) after early pregnancy high risk induced abortion. Methods: 184 cases of Manyue and 142 cases of Gini induced intrauterine device were treated with painless negative pressure aspiration. After 12 months of follow-up, the contraceptive efficacy, termination rate and side effects of the two methods were compared. Results: no pregnancy occurred with Manyuelo, and the contraceptive effect was significantly better than that caused by Ginny IUD, and the removal rate was 1.7 / 100 women years, which was significantly lower than 9.3 / 100 women years induced by Ginny. The main side effect of Manyuelo is the decrease of menstrual blood volume, while the main side effect of Ginny is dripping bleeding. Conclusion: the immediate placement of Manyue in high-risk induced abortion is effective and worthy of clinical use.
