【摘要】：為了實現(xiàn)生活飲用水中金屬鋁元素的快速檢測,試驗制作了鋁的檢測試紙,并對其進行了應用性驗證。將試紙于浸泡液中浸泡10 min,經過兩次浸泡,60℃下干燥15 min,放入光電測色儀中,在波長560 nm下檢測,反應時間為6 min。所得到的標準曲線在0~1μg/m L的鋁含量范圍內有較好的線性關系,該方法的相對標準偏差在1.66%~4.78%之間,加標回收率為94%~98%。試紙法與鉻天青S分光光度法檢測結果兩者之間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05)。該方法具有檢測靈敏、快速方便等優(yōu)點。
