貴陽市場(chǎng)常見淡水魚體內(nèi)氟喹諾酮類抗生素殘留調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的了解貴陽市市售淡水魚體內(nèi)中氟喹諾酮類抗生素(FQs)的殘留情況。方法于2015年10—11月,在貴陽市3個(gè)水產(chǎn)批發(fā)市場(chǎng)(A、B、C區(qū))采集鯉魚(Cyprinus carpio)、洶魚(Leiocassis longirostris)、黃搡魚(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)、黃蜂魚(Yellow catfish)、鱸魚(Lateolabrax japonicus)5種淡水養(yǎng)殖魚樣品,采用超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜(UPLC-MS/MS)法檢測(cè)魚肌肉組織中7種FQs(恩諾沙星、雙氟沙星、諾氟沙星、氧氟沙星、環(huán)丙沙星、丹諾沙星、依諾沙星)的殘留量。結(jié)果淡水魚體內(nèi)恩諾沙星和氧氟沙星檢出率較高(分別為92.9%和78.6%),平均含量分別為96.5、135.1μg/kg,最高分別為636.2、488.2μg/kg,恩諾沙星超過最大允許限量(50μg/kg),超標(biāo)率為42.9%;其他6種抗生素檢出均較低,且均未檢出諾氟沙星。鱸魚和洶魚肌肉組織中FQs殘留的檢出率最高,其中,氧氟沙星和恩諾沙星均檢出;黃蜂魚和黃搡魚體內(nèi)檢出的殘留量均較低,且抗生素殘留種類也較少。結(jié)論貴陽市場(chǎng)的淡水魚存在一定程度的FQs污染,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步關(guān)注氟喹諾酮類抗生素殘留量的超標(biāo)情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the residues of fluoroquinolones antibiotics (FQs) in freshwater fish in Guiyang city. Methods from October to November, 2015, carp (Cyprinus carpio), was collected from 3 aquatic wholesale markets in Guiyang city (Agni Bu C area) to collect carp (Cyprinus carpio), (Leiocassis longirostris), yellow and jostling (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco), hornet, (Yellow catfish),. Seven kinds of FQs (enrofloxacin, difluracin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin) in fish muscle tissue were detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Danofloxacin, enoxacin) residues. Results the detection rates of enrofloxacin and ofloxacin in freshwater fish were higher (92.9% and 78.6%, respectively). The average content of enrofloxacin and ofloxacin in freshwater fish were 96.5135.1 渭 g / kg and 636.2488.2 渭 g / kg, respectively. Enrofloxacin exceeded the maximum allowable limit (50 渭 g/kg) and exceeded the standard rate of 42.9%. Norfloxacin was not detected in all the other 6 antibiotics. The detection rate of FQs residue was the highest in the muscle tissues of perch and bluish fish, ofloxacin and enrofloxacin were detected, and the residues of wasp fish and yellow shoving fish were lower, and the kinds of antibiotic residues were also less. Conclusion there is some FQs pollution in fresh water fish in Guiyang market, and more attention should be paid to the excess of fluoroquinolones residues.
