【摘要】：膳食因素與老年人認(rèn)知功能障礙的發(fā)生關(guān)系密切,膳食多種營養(yǎng)成分如碳水化合物和脂類攝入過量與認(rèn)知功能障礙的發(fā)生有關(guān),而某些膳食成分如微量元素對認(rèn)知功能障礙的發(fā)生具有一定的預(yù)防作用。本文就膳食中多種因素與老年人認(rèn)知功能障礙的關(guān)系及其具體作用機(jī)制作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Dietary factors were closely related to the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction in the elderly, and a variety of dietary nutrients such as carbohydrates and lipids were associated with cognitive dysfunction. Some dietary components, such as trace elements, can prevent the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction. This article reviews the relationship between dietary factors and cognitive dysfunction in the elderly and its specific mechanism.
