【摘要】：目的評價一種網(wǎng)絡膳食評估工具——膳食小助手(eat-right assistant,ERA)的準確性。方法選擇上海某公司的育齡期婦女以及在蘇州市某鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院進行常規(guī)產(chǎn)檢的孕婦和帶嬰幼兒體檢的哺乳期婦女為研究對象,對其先后進行膳食小助手和24小時膳食回顧法的連續(xù)3日膳食調查。整理膳食小助手調查所得的能量、營養(yǎng)素和各類食物攝入量數(shù)據(jù),與24小時膳食回顧法的相應調查結果進行比較。結果共90位婦女完成3天的調查。除水果攝入量外,兩種方法所得能量、五種營養(yǎng)素和其他各類食物攝入量差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義。相關系數(shù)范圍為0.61~0.93(平均0.75),從中度相關到強相關。一致性檢驗顯示兩種方法所得結果一致性狀況良好。結論該工具準確性良好,有較大的潛力用于推廣和應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the accuracy of a network dietary evaluation tool, the small meal Assistant (eat-right assistant,ERA). Methods Women of childbearing age from a company in Shanghai, pregnant women who had routine birth examination in a town health center in Suzhou, and lactating women with infant physical examination were selected as the study objects. A meal survey was carried out for three consecutive days with a diet assistant and a 24-hour diet review. The data of energy, nutrients and all kinds of food intake were collected by a small dietary assistant and compared with the results of a 24 hour diet review. Results A total of 90 women completed the 3-day survey. Except for fruit intake, there was no significant difference in energy, five nutrients and other kinds of food intake between the two methods. The correlation coefficient ranged from 0.61 to 0.93 (mean 0.75), from moderate correlation to strong correlation. Consistency test shows that the results of the two methods are in good agreement. Conclusion this tool has good accuracy and has great potential for popularization and application.
