汽修行業(yè)有機溶劑揮發(fā)性化學(xué)組分分析

【摘要】:目的分析汽修行業(yè)有機溶劑揮發(fā)性化學(xué)組分,為開展汽修行業(yè)職業(yè)病危害因素監(jiān)測和職業(yè)病防治工作提供依據(jù)。方法運用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀對從34家汽修企業(yè)收集到的80份有機溶劑樣品進行揮發(fā)性化學(xué)組分檢測后對結(jié)果進行匯總分析。結(jié)果 (1)"洗槍水"和"天那水"揮發(fā)性有機組分檢出職業(yè)病危害因素種類最多,主要檢出甲醇,個別檢出1,2-二氯乙烷;(2)"油性漆"主要檢出乙酸丁酯、二甲苯和乙苯;(3)"稀釋劑"和"固化劑"主要檢出乙酸丁酯、二甲苯和乙苯;(4)"水性漆"揮發(fā)性有機組分比例最低,檢出職業(yè)病危害因素種類最少,主要檢出戊醇、丙醇、異丙醇。結(jié)論從揮發(fā)性有機組分的比例、所檢出的職業(yè)病危害因素的種類、數(shù)量及毒性等多方面考慮,汽修行業(yè)所使用的有機溶劑中天那水和洗槍水存在的職業(yè)病危害應(yīng)當(dāng)引起職業(yè)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管部門、企業(yè)的重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the volatile chemical components of organic solvents in auto repair industry, and to provide basis for occupational hazard monitoring and occupational disease prevention in auto repair industry. Methods the volatile chemical components of 80 organic solvent samples collected from 34 auto repair enterprises were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results (1) the occupational disease hazard factors were detected in the volatile organic components of "washing gun water" and "Tianna water", mainly methanol and 1 ~ (2) -dichloroethane; (2) Butyl acetate, xylene and ethylbenzene were mainly detected in "oil paint" and (3) butyl acetate, xylene and ethylbenzene were mainly detected in "diluent" and "curing agent". (4) the proportion of volatile organic components in "waterborne paint" was the lowest, and the types of occupational hazard factors were the least, mainly pentanol, propanol and isopropanol. Conclusion considering the proportion of volatile organic components, the type, quantity and toxicity of occupational disease hazard factors detected, and so on. The occupational disease hazards in the organic solvents used in automobile repair industry, such as Tianna water and washing gun water, should be paid more attention to by occupational health supervision department and enterprises.
