我國居民膳食中甜蜜素暴露的理論風險評估
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the exposure level of cyclamate and its potential risk to the health status of Chinese residents. Methods according to the maximum amount of cyclamate used in all kinds of foods permitted to use cyclamate in GB 2760-2014 and the actual consumption data of all kinds of food in China, a simple distribution model method was used. The intake of cyclamate in all kinds of food was estimated theoretically and compared with the daily allowable intake of cyclamate (ADI) developed by international organizations. Results the average daily intake of cyclamate in all kinds of food was 0. 97 mg/kg BW, which accounted for 13. 86% of ADI. The daily intake of cyclamate in high exposure population (P97.5) was 6. 69 mg/kg BW, / day, which accounted for 95.52% of ADI. According to the European Commission for Food Science (SCF), the average intake of cyclamate in all ages (7.00 mg/kg BW),) did not exceed the ADI value, but it was 2 or 3 years old, 4 to 9 years old. The intake of cyclamate in high exposure population (P97.5) of 10 ~ 17 years old was higher than that of cyclamate ADI (146.32%) and 86.78% (9.19%). The contribution of pastry, cooked nuts and seeds to the exposure to cyclamate in Chinese diet was higher. Conclusion the level of ingestion of cyclamate in all kinds of food which is allowed to use cyclamate in the whole population of our country through GB 2760-2014 is at the safe level, but the exposure level of part of high exposure population in China should be paid attention to.
