【摘要】：以小鼠巨噬細(xì)胞RAW264.7為模型研究馬齒莧多糖對細(xì)胞吞噬能力的影響,刺激產(chǎn)生NO含量,釋放IL-6、TNF-α來考察其對巨噬細(xì)胞免疫活性的影響。結(jié)果表明馬齒莧多糖可通過增強(qiáng)巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬能力,釋放免疫因子等方面增強(qiáng)巨噬細(xì)胞免疫活性。
[Abstract]:The effect of polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea on phagocytic ability of mouse macrophages was studied by using RAW264.7 as a model, NO content was stimulated and IL-6,TNF- 偽 was released to investigate its effect on the immune activity of macrophages. The results showed that polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea could enhance the immune activity of macrophages by enhancing phagocytosis of macrophages and releasing immune factors.
