【摘要】：諾如病毒是一種通過食品傳染進(jìn)入人體導(dǎo)致人體急性腸胃炎的杯狀病毒。諾如病毒的發(fā)病范圍越來越廣,造成的危害也越來越大。但由于諾如病毒富集及其核酸提取的困難,而且目前缺乏標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有效的諾如病毒檢測方法,很難準(zhǔn)確地檢測到諾如病毒在食品中的存在。目前,熒光定量PCR由于其高靈敏度和特異性被廣泛應(yīng)用于食品中諾如病毒的檢測,能有效預(yù)防食品中諾如病毒對人體的危害。因此,對諾如病毒的富集、核酸提取方法、諾如病毒的RT-PCR檢測方法進(jìn)行了綜述,為控制食品中諾如病毒對人體的危害奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Norovirus is a goblet virus that infects the body through food and causes acute gastroenteritis. Norovirus is more and more widespread, causing more and more harm. However, it is difficult to detect the presence of Norovirus in food precisely because of the difficulty of enrichment and nucleic acid extraction of Norovirus and the lack of standard and effective methods for detection of Norovirus. At present, fluorescent quantitative PCR is widely used in the detection of Norovirus in food because of its high sensitivity and specificity, which can effectively prevent the harm to human body caused by Norovirus in food. Therefore, the enrichment of Norovirus, the extraction of nucleic acid and the detection of Noroviruses by RT-PCR were reviewed in order to lay a foundation for controlling the harm of Norovirus to human body.
