【摘要】：目的了解寧波市2005年出生兒童流行性腮腺炎(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)流腮)的流行病學(xué)特征及流腮成分疫苗保護(hù)效果。方法采用回顧性隊(duì)列研究方法,按照流腮成分疫苗接種情況對(duì)寧波市2005年出生兒童進(jìn)行分組,比較各組流腮報(bào)告發(fā)病情況。結(jié)果 2005-2014年觀察兒童中流腮病例共400例,年平均發(fā)病率為97.76/10萬(wàn)。免疫組平均年發(fā)病率為76.47/10萬(wàn),未免疫組平均年發(fā)病率為448.53/10萬(wàn)。接種1劑次組RR=0.18,接種2~3劑次組RR=0.07。結(jié)論寧波市2005年出生兒童流腮季節(jié)性和周期性分布明顯,發(fā)病高峰在6~7歲。免疫組與未免疫組發(fā)病率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,接種2~3劑次較接種1劑次保護(hù)率更高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in children born in Ningbo in 2005 and the protective effect of gills component vaccine. Methods A retrospective cohort study was carried out to group children born in Ningbo in 2005 according to the inoculation of gills and to compare the reported incidence of gills in each group. Results there were 400 cases of gills in children from 2005 to 2014, and the annual average incidence was 97.76 / 100 000. The average annual incidence rate of immunization group was 76.47% / 100 000, and that of unimmunized group was 448.53% / 100 000. Inoculated with 1 dose of RR=0.18, 2dose of 3 doses of RR=0.07. Conclusion the seasonal and periodic distribution of gills in children born in Ningbo in 2005 is obvious, and the peak incidence is at 6 ~ 7 years old. There was a significant difference in the incidence rate between the immunization group and the unimmunized group, and the protective rate of the two doses was higher than that of the first dose.
