【摘要】：目的:了解初中生意外傷害的發(fā)生情況及其與安全感之間的關(guān)系。方法:采用便利抽樣法對(duì)周口市付井鎮(zhèn)一所中學(xué)的在校學(xué)生共936人進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)其基本情況、意外傷害和安全感進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:初中生1 a內(nèi)意外傷害發(fā)生率為22.3%。男生的意外傷害發(fā)生率(26.2%)高于女生(18.8%);非獨(dú)生子女、高年級(jí)、性格開(kāi)朗好動(dòng)、家住農(nóng)村的學(xué)生的安全感評(píng)分較高;曾發(fā)生過(guò)意外傷害的學(xué)生的安全感評(píng)分為(49.763±11.278)分,比沒(méi)有發(fā)生意外傷害的安全感評(píng)分[(52.400±11.973)分]低(P均0.05)。性格喜靜者發(fā)生意外傷害的危險(xiǎn)性(調(diào)整OR=1.669,95%CI=1.030~2.706)和好動(dòng)者發(fā)生意外傷害的危險(xiǎn)性(調(diào)整OR=2.438,95%CI=1.457~4.078)均比性格一般者要高;安全感高是發(fā)生意外傷害的保護(hù)因素(調(diào)整OR=0.977,95%CI=0.962~0.991)。結(jié)論:初中生的意外傷害發(fā)生率較高,與性別、性格及安全感關(guān)系密切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the incidence of accidental injury in junior high school students and its relationship with sense of security. Methods: 936 students in a middle school in Fujing Town, Zhoukou City, were investigated by the convenient sampling method, and their basic situation, accidental injury and sense of security were analyzed. Results: the incidence of accidental injury in 1 year was 22. 3%. The incidence of accidental injury in boys (26.2%) was higher than that in girls (18.8%), and the sense of security scores of students with non-one-child, senior, cheerful and active personality were higher than those of girls living in rural areas. The sense of security score of students with accidental injury was (49.763 鹵11.278), lower than that of sense of security without accidental injury (52.400 鹵11.973). The risk of accidental injury (adjusted OR=1.669,95%CI=1.030~2.706) in the person with quiet personality and the risk of accidental injury (adjusted OR=2.438,95%CI=1.457~4.078) in the active person were higher than those in the average personality group. Sense of security height is a protective factor for accidental injury (adjusted OR=0.977,95%CI=0.962~0.991). Conclusion: the incidence of accidental injury in junior high school students is higher and is closely related to sex, personality and sense of security.
