【摘要】：粗壯女貞是苦丁茶的主要品種之一,作為天然保健飲品在我國(guó)西南地區(qū)已有悠久的飲用歷史。不少學(xué)者對(duì)粗壯女貞進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)粗壯女貞在抗氧化、減肥、降壓、降脂、降糖、保肝等方面均顯示出一定的作用,具有潛在的保健食品開(kāi)發(fā)價(jià)值。特別是近幾年的研究,在粗壯女貞減肥、抗菌等方面又有許多新發(fā)現(xiàn)。因此,本文將從研究方法及試驗(yàn)受試成分的角度,以陳述結(jié)合列表的形式,對(duì)粗壯女貞苦丁茶抗氧化、減肥、降壓、降脂、降糖、保肝等保健功效進(jìn)行綜述,同時(shí)對(duì)其抗菌、消炎、鎮(zhèn)痛等功效進(jìn)行概述,為后續(xù)的深入研究及粗壯女貞資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Ligustrum lucidum is one of the main varieties of Kudingcha, which has a long drinking history as a natural health drink in Southwest China. Many scholars have carried on the research to the stocky privet, the result found that the thick privet has the certain function in the aspects of anti-oxidation, reducing weight, reducing blood pressure, lowering the fat, lowering the sugar, protecting the liver and so on, which has the potential health food development value. Especially in recent years, there are a lot of new findings in the field of weight loss, antibacterial and so on. Therefore, from the point of view of the research methods and the components of the test subjects, in the form of statement and list, this paper will summarize the health care effects, such as antioxidation, weight loss, hypotension, lipid-lowering, hypoglycemic, liver protection, etc., and at the same time, it will be antibacterial to the crude privet kudingcha. The functions of anti-inflammation and analgesia were summarized, which provided reference for further study and exploitation of the resource of the stocky privet.
