【摘要】：目的調(diào)查和掌握鹽城市近10年新發(fā)職業(yè)病譜及流行特征,提出防控對(duì)策。方法對(duì)2006-2015年報(bào)告的鹽城轄區(qū)內(nèi)新發(fā)職業(yè)病資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)描述和分析。結(jié)果鹽城市2006-2015年新發(fā)職業(yè)病病例1 757例,涉及7大類法定職業(yè)病。塵肺病居鹽城市報(bào)告職業(yè)病首位(1 661例),占報(bào)告總病例數(shù)的94.57%,其次是職業(yè)性化學(xué)中毒(67例,3.81%);職業(yè)病報(bào)告病例來(lái)自于50個(gè)行業(yè),94.19%的病例集中在國(guó)防施工、采煤業(yè)、基礎(chǔ)化工和金屬加工、輕工業(yè);81.28%的病例來(lái)自中小企業(yè)。結(jié)論鹽城市近10年職業(yè)病譜與全國(guó)及其他地市相似,以塵肺病和職業(yè)病中毒為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and master the spectrum and epidemic characteristics of new occupational diseases in Yancheng City in recent 10 years, and to put forward countermeasures for prevention and control. Methods the data of new occupational diseases reported in Yancheng district from 2006 to 2015 were statistically described and analyzed. Results there were 1,757 new occupational disease cases in Yancheng City from 2006 to 2015, involving 7 categories of statutory occupational diseases. Pneumoconiosis was the first reported occupational disease in Yancheng city (1 661 cases), accounting for 94.57% of the total reported cases, followed by occupational chemical poisoning (67 cases, 3.81%). Occupational disease cases were reported in 50 industries, 94.19% in defense construction, coal mining, basic chemical and metal processing, light industry, and 81.28% in small and medium-sized enterprises. Conclusion the occupational disease spectrum in Yancheng in recent 10 years is similar to that in China and other cities, and pneumoconiosis and occupational poisoning are the main diseases.
