內(nèi)蒙古口岸出入境人員傳染病監(jiān)測(cè)及健康狀況分析
[Abstract]:Objective: to monitor and examine the infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases among the people entering and leaving the Inner Mongolia Port, to understand the incidence, the epidemic distribution and the characteristics of the infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases among the entry-exit personnel, and to assess the health status of the people entering and leaving the country. Screening the risk factors of port diseases provides scientific basis for preventing diseases and strengthening the comprehensive health management of entry-exit personnel in Inner Mongolia Port. Methods: a questionnaire survey on epidemiology and living conditions was conducted among all the entry-exit people who conducted infectious disease surveillance and health examination in Inner Mongolia International Travel Health Care Center from 2009 to 2012. Finally, all the data are summarized and statistically analyzed. Results: the total number of entry-exit physical examination in Inner Mongolia Port from 2009-2012 was 37289 persons, mainly traffic workers and labor workers, accounting for 65.02% of the total number of entry-exit people at the port. The 40-49 age group was the largest, accounting for 48% of the total. 3164 cases of infectious diseases were detected, the total detection rate was 8.49%, the positive rate of HBsAg (HBsAg) was the highest (5.51%). 14915 cases of non-communicable diseases were detected, the total detection rate was 40%, and the cardiovascular disease rate was the highest (20.75%). The positive rates of infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases were compared from different types, different years, different surveillance objects and different age groups, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (p0.001). Logistic regression analysis showed that, The order of the effects of the variables that entered the regression equation on the occurrence of the disease from big to small was as follows: educational level, personnel category, alcohol consumption, marital status, age group and group diet. Conclusion: in Inner Mongolia Port, traffic workers and labor workers constitute the main population of entry-exit personnel, which accounts for a large proportion, but the detection rate of disease is also high, and its education level. Occupational distribution and drinking habits are the main factors to form the characteristics of port disease. While strengthening the surveillance of infectious diseases at ports, the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authorities should also strengthen the control of non-communicable diseases that directly threaten human health and travel safety, and implement "two hands to grasp" infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases. To evaluate the risk factors of illness, and to initiate risk management and overall health management.
