【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)際食品法典委員會(huì)、美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)部國(guó)家營(yíng)養(yǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、德國(guó)食品法典與營(yíng)養(yǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、英格蘭公共衛(wèi)生部的食物分類(lèi)和編碼,及《中國(guó)食物成分表(2009版)》中食物編碼的介紹,盡量全面了解食物分類(lèi)和編碼的作用、意義、規(guī)則以及補(bǔ)充機(jī)制等,從而對(duì)食物編碼有一個(gè)更加清晰的認(rèn)識(shí),進(jìn)而有助于我國(guó)食物編碼工作的補(bǔ)充,同時(shí)為下一步中國(guó)居民食物消費(fèi)狀況調(diào)查的開(kāi)展打下基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Through the International Codex Alimentarius Commission, the USDA National Nutrition Database, the German Codex Alimentarius and Nutrition Database, the Food Classification and coding of the Ministry of Public Health of England, And the introduction of food coding in the Chinese Food composition Table (2009 Edition), so as to fully understand the role, significance, rules and supplementary mechanism of food classification and coding, so as to have a clearer understanding of food coding. It will be helpful to supplement the work of food coding in China and lay a foundation for the further investigation of food consumption in China.
