【摘要】：目的了解武陵山區(qū)農村中學生健康危險行為現(xiàn)況及其影響因素,為制定干預措施、開展健康安全教育提供參考。方法分層隨機整群抽取武陵山區(qū)農村1 091名在校中學生,對缺乏體育鍛煉、非安全場所游泳、自殺意念、吸煙、飲酒、網(wǎng)絡成癮等健康危險行為進行問卷調查,并對其影響因素進行非條件Logistic回歸分析。結果武陵山區(qū)農村中學生缺乏體育鍛煉、非安全場所游泳、偏食、吸煙、飲酒、網(wǎng)絡成癮、自殺意念的報告率分別為70.49%,64.62%,26.86%,21.81%,26.76%,15.58%,18.24%。Logistic回歸分析顯示,初中生易發(fā)生偏食、網(wǎng)絡成癮行為(OR值分別為0.68,0.49),高中生易發(fā)生非安全場所游泳、自殺意念行為(OR值分別為1.57,0.46);女生易發(fā)生偏食、缺乏體育鍛煉、自殺意念行為(OR值分別為0.71,0.65,0.44),男生易發(fā)生吸煙、網(wǎng)絡成癮、非安全場所游泳行為(OR值分別為6.75,3.54,2.20);獨生子女是偏食的危險因素(OR=1.55),孤獨是偏食、非安全場所游泳、自殺意念的危險因素(OR值分別為1.70,1.45,1.54),網(wǎng)絡成癮是偏食、自殺意念的危險因素(OR值分別為1.71,1.87)。結論農村中學生健康安全問題突出,普遍存在健康危險行為;學校應及早采取相關健康教育措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health risk behavior of middle school students in Wulingshan area and its influencing factors, and to provide reference for making intervention measures and carrying out health and safety education. Methods A total of 1091 middle school students in Wuling Mountain were randomly selected by stratified cluster sampling to investigate their health risk behaviors, such as lack of physical exercise, swimming in unsafe places, suicidal ideation, smoking, drinking, internet addiction and so on. The influencing factors were analyzed by non-conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results the reported rates of physical exercise, swimming, partial eating, smoking, drinking, internet addiction and suicidal ideation in rural middle school students in Wuling Mountain area were 70.490.69, 64.62 and 26.86, respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that middle school students were prone to partial eating. Internet addiction behavior (OR = 0.68 鹵0.49), high school students were prone to swimming in unsafe places and suicidal ideation behavior (OR = 1.57 鹵0.46, respectively), female students were prone to partial eating, lack of physical exercise, suicidal ideation behavior (OR value was 0.71 鹵0.650.44, respectively), boys were prone to smoking. Internet addiction, swimming behavior in unsafe places (OR = 6.75, 3.54, 2.20, respectively), only children were risk factors of partial eating (OR=1.55), loneliness was partial eating, swimming in unsafe places, and suicidal ideation (OR = 1.701.45, 1.54, respectively), Internet addiction was partial eating. The risk factors of suicidal ideation (OR = 1.71 鹵1.87). Conclusion the health and safety problems of middle school students in rural areas are prominent and health risk behaviors are common, and relevant health education measures should be taken in schools as early as possible.
