【摘要】：目的了解陶瓷行業(yè)在崗期間接觸職業(yè)病危害因素農(nóng)民工的職業(yè)禁忌證發(fā)病特征,做好預(yù)防職業(yè)禁忌證,保護(hù)農(nóng)民工的健康。方法采用職業(yè)健康檢查方法,對(duì)佛山市三水區(qū)38家陶瓷企業(yè)中的接觸職業(yè)病危害因素的8 355例農(nóng)民工進(jìn)行職業(yè)禁忌證的調(diào)查。結(jié)果接觸職業(yè)病危害因素的農(nóng)民工9 071例,實(shí)檢人數(shù)8 355例,受檢率92.11%;檢出職業(yè)禁忌證者155例,檢出率1.86%;155例職業(yè)禁忌證中,屬粉塵作業(yè)禁忌證者62例(40.0%),其中以活動(dòng)性肺結(jié)核病居多(60/62);高溫作業(yè)禁忌證者56例(36.13%),其中以高血壓病為主(24/56);噪聲作業(yè)禁忌證者37例(23.87%),其中多數(shù)為傳導(dǎo)性耳聾者(31/37);未檢出化學(xué)物(一氧化碳、二氧化硫、苯系物、硫化氫)作業(yè)禁忌證者。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,不同企業(yè)類(lèi)型、企業(yè)規(guī)模的職業(yè)禁忌證檢出率及其分布構(gòu)成比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論陶瓷行業(yè)農(nóng)民工職業(yè)禁忌證發(fā)病特征為檢出率低,粉塵和高溫作業(yè)職業(yè)禁忌證構(gòu)成比較高,粉塵作業(yè)禁忌證以活動(dòng)性肺結(jié)核病為主,高溫作業(yè)禁忌證以高血壓病居多,噪聲作業(yè)禁忌證以傳導(dǎo)性耳聾者占優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the characteristics of occupational contraindications of migrant workers exposed to occupational disease hazards in ceramic industry, to prevent occupational taboos and to protect their health. Methods Occupational health examination was used to investigate occupational contraindications of 8 355 migrant workers exposed to occupational disease hazards in 38 ceramic enterprises in Sanshui District of Foshan City. Results among 9 071 cases of migrant workers exposed to occupational disease hazards, 8 355 cases were tested and the rate was 92.11%, 155 cases of occupational contraindications were detected, and the detection rate was 1.86% of 155 cases of occupational contraindications. 62 cases (40.0%) were contraindication in dust operation, among which active pulmonary tuberculosis (60 / 62), hyperthermia 56 (36.13%), hypertension (24 / 56), noise exposure contraindication (23.87%), conductive deafness (31 / 37), no hyperthermia (36.13%), noise-exposed contraindication (23.87%), no hyperthermia (36.13%), noise-exposed contraindication (23.87%), no hyperthermia (36.13%), noise-exposed contraindication (23.87%). Detection of chemicals (carbon monoxide, Sulfur dioxide, benzene series, hydrogen sulfide) operating contraindication. By statistical analysis, the detection rate and distribution ratio of occupational taboos in different types of enterprises and enterprise size were significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion the incidence rate of occupational contraindications of peasant workers in ceramic industry is low, the occupational contraindications of dust and hyperthermia are relatively high, the contraindications of dust and high temperature are mainly active pulmonary tuberculosis, the contraindications of high temperature are hypertension. Conductive deafness dominates the contraindication of noise exposure.
