【摘要】：目的分析南寧市成年吸煙者的吸煙年限與尼古丁依賴的關(guān)聯(lián)。方法對南寧市不同職業(yè)的成年吸煙者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,采用尼古丁依賴檢測量表(FTND)國際問卷評估南寧市成年吸煙者尼古丁依賴水平,分析吸煙年限與尼古丁依賴之間的關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果本次調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)南寧市吸煙人群中尼古丁高度依賴271人(23.06%),初始平均吸煙年齡(19.28±4.98)歲,平均吸煙年限(20.94±15.13)年,平均每天吸煙(14.33±11.27)支,尼古丁依賴評分均值(3.53±2.48)分。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),吸煙年限≥10年組尼古丁依賴的危險(xiǎn)性是吸煙年限10年組的2.34倍。初始吸煙年齡18歲,吸煙年限≥10年組尼古丁依賴危險(xiǎn)性是吸煙年限10年組的2.35倍(P0.05)。結(jié)論吸煙年限增加會導(dǎo)致尼古丁依賴的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性增加。初始吸煙年齡18歲時,吸煙年限增加會導(dǎo)致尼古丁依賴的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性增加;初始吸煙年齡≥18歲時,尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)吸煙年限與尼古丁依賴存在關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between smoking years and nicotine dependence in adult smokers in Nanning. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among adult smokers in Nanning City. The nicotine dependence level of adult smokers in Nanning was assessed by using the nicotine dependence scale (FTND) and the correlation between smoking years and nicotine dependence was analyzed. Results among the smoking population in Nanning, 271 (23.06%) were highly dependent on nicotine. The initial average smoking age was (19.28 鹵4.98) years, the average smoking age was (20.94 鹵15.13) years, the average daily smoking was (14.33 鹵11.27) and the average nicotine dependence score was (3.53 鹵2.48). It was found that the risk of nicotine dependence was 2.34 times higher than that of 10 years of smoking. The risk of nicotine dependence was 2.35 times as high as that of 10 years of smoking (P0.05). Conclusion the increase of smoking years may increase the risk of nicotine dependence. At the age of 18 years, the risk of nicotine dependence was increased with the increase of smoking age, but no association between smoking years and nicotine dependence was found when the age of smoking was more than 18 years old.
