【摘要】：目的研究不同養(yǎng)殖場內(nèi)家蠅成蟲體表攜帶細(xì)菌數(shù)量和類別。方法采用網(wǎng)捕法對(duì)不同養(yǎng)殖場的家蠅進(jìn)行采樣,利用振蕩洗脫法分離其體表細(xì)菌,對(duì)獲得細(xì)菌的16SrDNA基因擴(kuò)增后進(jìn)行分離分子鑒定。結(jié)果不同養(yǎng)殖場內(nèi)家蠅密度、體表攜帶細(xì)菌數(shù)量和種類有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,且家蠅密度與體表攜帶細(xì)菌數(shù)量和攜帶的細(xì)菌屬數(shù)呈線性相關(guān)關(guān)系。在養(yǎng)殖場內(nèi)分離到的家蠅體表攜帶細(xì)菌中,葡萄球菌屬、克雷伯氏菌屬、埃希菌屬、沙雷氏菌屬分布較廣,同時(shí)分離的細(xì)菌中多為條件致病菌,存在疾病傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)論養(yǎng)殖場家蠅密度反映出養(yǎng)殖場的整體管理水平;養(yǎng)殖場孳生的家蠅可機(jī)械性攜帶條件致病菌,存在將細(xì)菌傳播給人類的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)養(yǎng)殖場蠅類防控及攜帶細(xì)菌的監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the number and types of bacteria carried by housefly adults in different farms. Methods Musca domestica in different farms were sampled by net trapping method. The bacteria on the body surface were isolated by oscillatory elution method. The 16SrDNA gene of the bacteria was amplified and identified by molecular isolation. Results there were significant differences in the density of Musca domestica and the number and species of bacteria carried on the body surface in different farms, and there was a linear correlation between the density of Musca domestica and the number of bacteria carried on the surface and the number of bacteria belonging to the body surface. Staphylococcus, Klebsiella, Escherichia coli and Shareh are the most common bacteria isolated from housefly. Conclusion the density of housefly in farm reflects the whole management level of farm, the housefly breeding in farm can carry conditional pathogenic bacteria mechanically, and there is the risk of transmitting bacteria to human beings. It is necessary to further strengthen the control of flies and the control of bacteria in farms.
