樂安河流域城市人群銅膳食暴露及健康風(fēng)險

【摘要】:銅是人體必需的微量元素之一,但其過量攝入可能對人體健康帶來潛在危害。為研究江西省樂安河流域銅礦開采區(qū)附近城市居民膳食銅暴露量及其健康風(fēng)險的特征,在樂安河流域的上、中、下游選擇3個典型城區(qū)(德興市、樂平市和鄱陽縣),分別采集蔬菜、大米、肉類、魚、蛋和牛奶共6類食物(蔬菜、大米、肉類、魚、蛋和牛奶)樣品66份。利用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜儀測定食品的銅含量,并根據(jù)居民膳食結(jié)構(gòu)特征,以危害指數(shù)為評價指標(biāo)評估3個典型地區(qū)的兒童、青少年、成年人、老年人由銅攝入導(dǎo)致的非致癌風(fēng)險。結(jié)果表明,6類食物中銅含量分別為(4.40±2.23)、(2.61±1.13)、(0.48±0.21)、(0.74±0.26)、(0.80±0.09)、(0.05±0.02)mg?kg~(-1)。蔬菜和大米中銅含量遠(yuǎn)高于肉類、魚、蛋和牛奶,兩者對人群的膳食銅攝入量貢獻(xiàn)之和占總體的90%以上。3個研究城區(qū)膳食銅攝入量順序為德興樂平鄱陽。樂安河流域城市人群膳食銅攝入導(dǎo)致的非致癌風(fēng)險大于1的比例順序為兒童(68.8%)青少年(38.6%)成年人(16.9%)老年人(12.3%),其中,德興市區(qū)兒童HQ1的比例為78.0%,樂平為69.0%,鄱陽為59.4%。表明該流域低年齡人群的銅暴露值得重點關(guān)注。本研究根據(jù)膳食結(jié)構(gòu)全面考慮多種食物類型對膳食銅攝入的貢獻(xiàn),并將研究人群按年齡劃分不同年齡段,分別進(jìn)行健康風(fēng)險評價。研究結(jié)果對居民健康飲食和政策制定具有一定參考意義。
[Abstract]:Copper is one of the essential trace elements in human body, but its excessive intake may bring potential harm to human health. In order to study the characteristics of dietary copper exposure and health risk of urban residents near the mining area of copper mine in the Loanhe Basin of Jiangxi Province, three typical urban areas (Dexing City, Dexing City) were selected in the upper, middle and lower reaches of Le'an River Basin. 66 samples of vegetables, rice, meat, fish, eggs and milk (vegetables, rice, meat, fish, eggs and milk) were collected in Leping and Poyang counties. The copper content in food was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). According to the characteristics of dietary structure of residents, the hazard index was used to evaluate the children, adolescents and adults in three typical areas. The non-carcinogenic risk of copper intake in the elderly. The order of dietary copper intake in the three urban areas was Dexing Leping Poyang. The proportion of non-carcinogenic risk caused by dietary copper intake in urban population of Le'an River was more than 1 in the following order: children (68.8%), adolescents (38.6%), adults (16.93.6%) and the elderly (12.3%). Among them, the proportion of HQ1 in children in Dexing city was 78.0, Leping was 69.0, and Poyang was 59.4%. The results indicate that copper exposure in the low age population of the basin deserves more attention. In this study, the contribution of various food types to dietary copper intake was comprehensively considered according to the dietary structure, and the health risk was evaluated according to age groups. The results of the study have certain reference significance for healthy diet and policy making of residents.
