使用輻射變色底片及熱發(fā)光劑量計(jì)量計(jì)在球形假體上模擬患者接受放射治療后表皮輻射劑量的分布及探討

【摘要】:使用高能光子射束治療惡性腫瘤的患者時(shí),因?yàn)檩椛渚是先穿越表皮后再照射到深處的腫瘤,所以皮膚表面會(huì)接受到無(wú)法避免的輻射劑量;另一方面,臨床治療上也常碰到腫瘤生長(zhǎng)在表淺處;而此時(shí)我們卻希望表淺處要有足夠的劑量;所以此篇主要的目的是要探討在不同能量的光子下,不同的入射角度在假體表面上的建成區(qū)的輻射劑量改變的情況,以便在臨床上對(duì)腫瘤不同的生長(zhǎng)部位或表皮劑量的分布情況有一全面性的了解 在這實(shí)驗(yàn)中我們使用自制的球形假體,GAF chromic底片及TLD進(jìn)行建成區(qū)輻射劑量的測(cè)量;測(cè)量的結(jié)果顯示,,大小不同能量的光子在建成區(qū)內(nèi)的同一深度做比較時(shí),隨著光子的能量愈小,建成區(qū)內(nèi)的劑量有變大的趨勢(shì);入射的角度越傾斜,則垂直于治療床的建成區(qū)處之百分深度劑量會(huì)變得愈大。 在臨床治療上,因?yàn)槿肷涞慕嵌扔鷥A斜,則對(duì)患者的表皮傷害愈大;但對(duì)于腫瘤生長(zhǎng)在較表淺處,則反而需要在表淺處覆蓋似組織物以便增加腫瘤的劑量;此結(jié)論是以此篇對(duì)臨床治療上最重要的貢獻(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In the treatment of malignant tumors with high-energy photon beams, the skin surface receives an unavoidable dose of radiation because the radiation line passes through the epidermis before it reaches the deep tumor; on the other hand, In clinical therapy, we often encounter tumors growing on the surface, and at this point we want an adequate dose of the superficial, so the main purpose of this article is to explore the photons with different energies. Changes in radiation doses at different incident angles in the building area on the surface of the prosthesis, In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the distribution of doses in different growth sites or epidermis of the tumor in clinic, we used self-made spherical prosthesis, GAF chromic negative film and TLD to measure the radiation dose in the built-up area. The measured results show that when photons of different energies are compared at the same depth in the built region, the dose in the built region tends to increase with the smaller the energy of the photon; the more inclined the incident angle is, The percentage depth dose perpendicular to the site of the treatment bed becomes larger. In clinical treatment, the more inclined the incident angle, the greater the injury to the epidermis of the patient, but for the tumor growing in the superficial place, it is necessary to cover the superficial tissue in order to increase the dose of the tumor. This conclusion is the most important contribution to clinical treatment.
