【摘要】：目的在寧夏醫(yī)科大學(xué)學(xué)生人感染H7N9禽流感病毒知信行調(diào)查基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建H7N9禽流感防治相關(guān)行為影響因素結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,探討影響因素的直接作用和間接作用。方法采用分層整群抽樣法對(duì)該校學(xué)生進(jìn)行人感染H7N9禽流感病毒知信行調(diào)查,對(duì)所調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型擬合并確定最終模型。結(jié)果該校學(xué)生對(duì)H7N9禽流感知識(shí)知曉率偏低,其中滅毒方式知曉率最低;結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型擬合較好,H7N9禽流感防治認(rèn)知對(duì)防治相關(guān)行為的直接作用0.50,間接作用0.1944,總作用0.6944,知識(shí)認(rèn)知對(duì)防治行為起到較強(qiáng)的正向促進(jìn)作用,防治態(tài)度對(duì)防治相關(guān)行為起促進(jìn)作用較弱(0.36)。結(jié)論加強(qiáng)對(duì)該校學(xué)生全面的H7N9禽流感防治教育,著重促進(jìn)學(xué)生對(duì)禽流感類傳染性疾病防治態(tài)度的轉(zhuǎn)變,降低相關(guān)行為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective based on the investigation of knowledge, belief and behavior of human infected with H7N9 avian influenza virus in Ningxia Medical University, a structural equation model of influencing factors of H7N9 avian influenza prevention and treatment was established, and the direct and indirect effects of the factors were discussed. Methods stratified cluster sampling was used to investigate the knowledge and belief of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza virus, and the structural equation model was used to determine the final model. Results the knowledge rate of H7N9 avian influenza was low among the students in this school, among them, the awareness rate of the way of drug elimination was the lowest. The structural equation model fitted well. The direct effect, indirect action and total action of H7N9 avian influenza prevention and control behavior were 0.50, 0.194, 0.6944, respectively. Knowledge cognition played a strong positive role in the prevention and control behavior. The attitude of prevention and cure played a weaker role in promoting related behaviors (0.36). Conclusion to strengthen the comprehensive H7N9 prevention and control education for the students of our school, to promote the change of students' attitude to the prevention and treatment of avian influenza infectious diseases, and to reduce the risk of related behaviors.
